I have hired them to do our famous Midtown ArtJams. These are the free art classes that Midtown provides at our annual Art in the Park and Mistletoe Market. The Pop Shop team stays within budget, comes prepared and is always professional and courteous with our participants.

Slow customer service

We ordered a Christmas present online in late November. We waited patiently and then reached out via email, Facebook, and phone. They replied on Facebook with an apology and said they would respond soon with an update. I asked for a follow-up two more times and didn't hear back. Very disappointed.

Edit on 5/30/23 regarding the response from the company stating this is a dishonest review: I didn't place the order. My wife did. Search your records for a Jessica Draper and you'll find our order.

I should mention that eventually the company did respond and we received a refund. We are grateful for that. Thank you.

I confirmed the company we were working with was based in Houston by checking the area code of the phone number before leaving the review. If there's another pop shop america out there that is responsible for our order, I'll gladly retract the review from your site if you can point me in their direction.

BEWARE This business is fraudulent please shop some where else !
