These guys are super fast, Michael served me today and he was awesome with customer service. The drive thru usually gets backed up but it's steady and you don't have to wait to long, but don't try parking and going in lol you might not be able to get out, because of the drive thru line.

OMG this location!!! starting from the Manager Michael and specially Mckenzie and my héroe Shaen saving my "portable office" that after meeting with a friend, we chat & eat & have fun, time went through and I left my clear back pack w laptop, chargers, ear buds, connections, important agendas, ... Untoyched, for 72 hrs, actually guarded meanwhile, I was working for election day. These are the Kindle of people, caffees, food we want for us, and our beloved. Honesty, politeness, símiles. Blessings for them and you'll come and hang out here!!!

Quick drop by to get something refreshing ans cold. Ordered the pink drink. I am so glad it’s on the menu now. I remember on my keto diet I would ask for for this drink at various locations and no one knew how to make it or even heard of it. Now it’s on the menu and it’s delish and keto friendly. I always get extra strawberries and I love it. It’s so refreshing and a quick cool down drink. The staff here is super friendly and prompt. Thanks guys - loved my pink drink w/extra strawberries.

The ice water was immaculate and quenched my thirst to the fullest extent possible. The lady who gave it to me deserves an immediate raise and a promotion. God bless.

They're always very packed, so I ordered on the app and picked up at the pick up area. Quick and easy process. My go to drink is the mango dragon fruit refresher... Yum!

Visit almost every weekday morning. Love the people and the coffee!

My wife is a daily StarBucks loyalist! So everyday I go and pickup 1-2 drinks for her. They are not perfect! Sometimes they screwup the order, but they always correct the problem and the drinks are consistently good!

The staff there is awesome they deserve so much. I order every morning and they are always quick.They are always quick on the mobile orders and super friendly.The way they are handling today Free Cup Day crowd is awesome. I love them!!! Best Starbucks location.

The line was wrapped all the way around out to the feeder road. This is typical for most Starbucks, so it didn't bother me at all. They did a decent job of keeping the line moving as much as possible. The staff member was very pleasant that took my order and at the pickup window. Despite the wait in line, the friendly service made up for it.

Despite no water due to frozen pipes during this crazy weather, these fine people made due with what they had and helped us on our 18 hour drive journey to North Carolina so much better with some delicious coffees and snacks. 🤗

I have been going to this location since I moved closer to Hobby. The staff is always courteous and my drinks are always made right. I do have to say beware of the drive thru. The way this location is built makes it horrible for traffic to move through since its a tight squeeze. If you see more than three cars in the drive-thru be extra careful!

Went this morning bright and early. Saw that some cars ahead of me were just picking up so it made the wait that much shorter. The barista at the window was also very warm and friendly, pleasant 2 minute chat to start my day!

I was very pleased with my visit at this particular location. Customer service was good. Employees were kind and polite.
The location was clean.
The space is whather big than most locations and the outdoor sitting is spacious.
Parking lot can be a bit tricky as its shared with other businesses and is located near the hwy and busy intersection, just be careful.

Hands down THE BEST Starbucks experience ever! I wish I remembered the employees names, but they took care of us with issues on the app creating multiple orders by mistake, they made AWESOME holiday lattes, and thank you for the "incognito" order! ;) You made a long week of teaching high school that much better!

Vanessa was my barista, and she was fantastic! She quickly managed my complicated order, was polite and friendly. 12/10 customer service!
