Alexis At Russell cellular in Stockton Missouri was amazing. She was so helpful from start to finish And extremely knowledgable about all products and services that Verizon offers. We did have an issue getting our numbers ported over which ended up taking longer than expected however Alexis was in contact with me several times daily in making sure That the process was completed. All of the girls in that store have a ton of Patience for dealing with technically challenged people as myself lol. I just want to say thank you Alexis for all your help. You were amazing.

Wonderful people. I don't say that kindly, it's Verizon, but these kids will do ANYTHING they can to get what you need done, & if for some reason they have to say they can't do anything, you can see the empathy in their eyes. They are funny, hard working, & don't like to take no for an answer from the solution center lol THANKS RUSSELL CELLULAR FOR HAVING SUCH GREAT EMPLOYEES!

Fantastic customer service for multiple changes, upgrades and the addition of a new line. Staff was attentive, friendly and very knowledgeable, too.

Super cool dude works there no idea what his name was was direct and to the point got my new phone in 2 minutes flat explained what the phone will do and the cost also he had on a really cool shirt
