Scrubs & Beyond

I just want to say that Jill was so very helpful at this location. She went above and beyond on helping me find a scrub shirt that was out of stock at this location.She called many other locations for me and was able to find me the scrub top that I needed. She also communicated with me through text to let me know what store she was able to find the top at and when it would be delivered to my house. She was so very helpful and very friendly. I really appreciate her customer service. Thank you Jill for going above and beyond!

First time shopping here and it was the greatest experience!
Needed all new scrubs for work, I'm petite ,curvy,and finding well fitting clothes is work.
I hate shopping, it totally stresses me out, but it must be done !!!
Walking in I was totally overwhelmed with all the choices, so when Leah approached me I was like HELP ME !!!!
She was so knowledgeable of her merchandise,and so patient and sweet, she got me in a dressing room with like 20 items.
It took hardly any time to figure out what was going to work and what wasn't.
Found a style of Cherokee pants that were perfect fit. in only black, and 3 different colors of tops in the Happiness house brand.
Called Happiness for a reason!!!
The tops all had black detailing so they all worked with the black bottoms perfectly !!!!
Leah made a gruelling chore painless and I am going to feel so good in my new work duds!!!!

I stopped by on Friday not long before closing and Aubrey was so kind as to let me pop in and try on a few things! She was super nice and helpful and I really appreciated her allowing me to try on a few things and get her opinion! I really appreciated her positive attitude and helpfulness.

This store also had a wide variety of scrubs which was fantastic!

Jill was so helpful and friendly. My size had to be special ordered and it came way before they said it would which is great. Lisa was also very nice when I picked up my order. Overall pleasant experience.

I visited this location at 9:30 on May 21. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed help finding anything. Jill was super helpful and didn’t hesitate to help or answer any of my questions. She has great customer service skills and a great attitude! She seemed very knowledgeable about the store set up and clothing, which is always a plus! This was my first time purchasing scrubs and I am very happy with my experience thanks to Jill! I will be returning.

Aubrey and Bridget were so wonderful. I came in an hour before close and they helped me so so much. I have bad trouble sizing my pants and they helped a lot. Never rushed and always giving me great insight. Completely recommend and definitely looking forward to my next visit!

Wonderful experience!! Jill and Robert were extremely friendly and professional. Assisted me with all my questions and specifically showed me how to navigate their website to best fit my needs for purchase. Jill even suggested pics of order numbers for reference to the site so I could easily find the item I would need in specific color and size! I will definitely return here for future business.

Aubrey was very helpful! She helps you find what you need, has a very outgoing personality, and will even do a what she calls “bend test” for you so you’re comfortable knowing nothing shows through pants. Very comforting environment and time efficient.

The customer service here is phenomenal! Jill really took care of me with an exchange of 5 pairs of pants (needed a smaller size). I didn’t catch the man’s name who was also working but, he was great as well! Great conversation while making my exchange and purchasing more items - highly recommend this location! 😁

This Kirkwood location had a better selection even though it is a smaller store than the Creve Coeur store. Jill, one of the staff at the Kirkwood location, really knew the inventory, led me directly to what I needed; even though Men’s scrubs are notoriously difficult to find all the things I need. It was an overall better experience than the one I’d just had at the Creve store. I purchased 4 sets of scrubs and left extremely happy with my purchase and with the experience.

Everytime I go to the kirkwood location the staff is always so nice. Robert helped me out today and he was amazing. He showed me everything they had and also guided me to what went well together. I found everything I needed. He also called other stores and found other items that I was looking for. Thank you so much Robert! Thanks for making my Shopping experience a great one.

Jill was extremely helpful in fulfilling a work uniform donation I needed guidance with! Great customer service even though she seemed to be working alone & had other people to help.

Aubrey was PHENOMENAL!!! She was So helpful in helping me pick out the perfect scrubs. And very knowledgeable with each brand the store offers!

I’ve been coming to this location for about 10 years based on it was the closest place to buy scrubs to my house. NOT based on customer service. I used to DREAD going into the store because the ladies that worked there were so terrible and rude. But this last time I went in, was SO MUCH BETTER!!! Whoever decided to change up the staff was smart. SO overdue and so so much of a better experience. Everyone was SO nice, such a different change from the rudeness and impatience from the previous staff.

Had a great experience shopping here for scrub bottoms. The salesperson there, Robert, was extremely helpful but wasn't pushy or anything. With his help I was able to find what I needed in 15 minutes and was on my way!

This was my fist time to Scrubs & Beyond. I was immediately greeted by Robert who was super helpful and led me in the right direction. He allowed me to try on every style possible and even helped me pick out pants online that were not available in store.
