They have custom made pizza and the donuts are always fresh. Large brownies and sometimes giant iced cookies.
If we have a crazy craving they don't have, sometimes they end up stocking it weeks later (you have a better selection of pretzels thanks to this!).
The sandwiches are wonderful. You have to try the turkey and cheddar; there's a lot of meat, it's very fresh, and they customize it really well. Plus, you can order it ahead on the app an it will be ready when you come in.
The employees are very friendly. Regardless of when you come in, you'll find a friendly face.
When my family comes in on Friday afternoons or evenings,  whether for pizza or another errand, we typically interact with Amanda. I have to give a shout out to her. She's always so willing to go the extra mile to help.
There are two Casey's in town; I recommend going to this one.

I know it's weird giving a gas station convenience store five stars. However I have become addicted to their cold-pressed organic drinks. One of their employees got me hooked on the green one but while out-of-town another Casey's employee told me about the orange one called Sunshine day. I just drank it and it blew me away. This is got to be the best freaking healthy drink I've ever had in my life. You can even taste a little pear crystals. Seriously everyone that needs to try these! Great job Casey's!

I was staying at the hotel next door, I called and asked if breakfast pizza was available. Julie was wonderful and told me she would make one right now. Super nice a d great service. Casey’s are my go to when traveling.

Buy from this station about every trip I make into Ava. It's location is convenient to get on and off Highway 5 and like the fuel better than Murphy's and Signal's. No knots rattles or pings
