This GameStop does not stop amazing me! Every year their employees go above and beyond. I will forever continue shopping here. I think the guys name was colter and the girls name was Miranda. Customer service was top tier and they respect understanding was something I don’t really see now a days. I felt so comfortable. Thank you guys so much! My son will also be happy today. You guys have made our days!

Was helped out by Jacob. I was selling my Xbox One and a few games. There was a big line of customers and he was the only one in the shop, but made sure not to leave me in the dust. This all in the last hour of closing. Felt like he went the extra mile. Thanks man for making my shopping experience the best it could be with all the craziness, I appreciate your hard work.

This is my favorite GameStop in the area! Everyone I have interacted with have been so nice. The prices for this store for the clearance are awesome! I also appreciate the workers who are willing to give me an extra pokemon code for my sibling. I signed up for the store rewards and the person working made sure that I knew that I could opt out of auto renewing. Which I also appreciate. I will be back 🥰

Very knowledgeable employees! As a mom of 3 adult (nerdy)children...I have not a clue about gaming systems . These young men where so patient and helpful!! Gave me exactly what I was looking for and some I had no idea I wanted!! Lol !! lots of hard to find items ...especially pokemon cards !! I was a hero on Christmas with these hard to find cards!! Never felt rushed or pressed for time looking in the store . Good job Gamestop!!

Tyler and Libby were awesome when we came into this GameStop store to sell our old cell phones. Very personable and attentive from the moment we entered until we left! Thank you for a great customer service experience!

I had a great experience at this game stop! Trent (I think) was super helpful with my membership and he was able to share his experiences with the Nintendo switch. Game stop was the only one who sold glass intown for the switch and by the time I'm off work its late. Its nice the are open later hours even with COVID19.

I absolutely love that they have so many options and the people who work there are so nice!! They have about any type of game you want, most of the time, when you want it and if you can't find it then just ask a worker! It's a pretty nice place all in all

Came into the store earlier and spoke with Cordell. This man and his staff went completely above and beyond to help me resolve an issue I've been dealing with. I can't express my gratitude and appreciation enough. In a time where it seems all companies want to do is make another dollar, these guys showed me that true customer service is still out there. Always have my gaming need plus they know there stuff and always keep an eye out for the stuff I enjoy and collect they remember what I like and make sure I get the heads up to get a chance to get it for my own

Awesome staff.... willing to help or will find what you need! My daughter got a Mew plushie best quality so soft and quite big we could use as a pillow LOL!! In the same visit I bought my youngest son tons of fortnite figurines and pinatas that were like 70% off original price... thanks Gamestop employee

Tyler and kendra have been awesome they always greet us and treats us like family. They always are honest and upfront with any gaming experience and have gotten to know our likes and dislikes!

Great selections on just about every system (limited wii and wiiu games, however.) Excellent prices and deals on used games and consoles. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I got a screamin' deal on a 3DS system that was used but looked completely new. Highly recommend!

I have made a pilgrimage to thia location most weeks in the last few years. The staff has always been kind and engaging. They have never pressured me into buying anything I didnt want. Nor havw they ever pushed for a pre-order outside of asking if I wanted to do one. Store is aces in my book.

Libby was very nice and had real customer service, so much people now days are fake. So it was nice to see that there are still people out there that still have good old fashioned customer service.

Just picked up a PS5. Super excited that I got a email yesterday letting me know a small quantity would be available today. Thank you.

Helpful staff and good selection. I showed up 15 minutes after they closed, and an employee came out and gave my 3 year old some stickers and a pokemon card after asking my permission.

It's GameStop, though the employees here are awesome. They really try to help and try to make female gamers feel as appreciated as the male gamers. Great game selections, and awesome customer service.

The staff here is really great. True players not just sales people. I go out of my way to come to this location for that very reason. I know that I am getting information from someone that is actually playing.
