Best Buy

Best Buy is back! Years ago I bought all of my electronics there. The Geek Squad was amazing and you couldn’t beat the customer service. Then, they went downhill. The workers didn’t know the products and only some wanted to help.

A few months ago, I went back and was so pleasantly surprised. Everyone, save one person, I have met has been knowledgeable and helpful. As a member, I’m able to receive additional support and lower costs. Looking forward to what’s ahead.

Very nice store - nice products - staff was helpful and although they were out of what I wanted they called the warehouse to double check just to be sure. Ended up finding some headphones on sale - bought them for Christmas gifts - fun place to walk through - technology has gotten so much better and so much cheaper over the years.

Best Buy kinda famous for electronics of most kinds. Went in looking for a simple, non smart, tv. Came out with a simple, no smart tv. No body tried to sell me what I didn't want. Yea!! Treated me like I knew what I wanted. Answered all my questions, like I was King. I liked that.

The associate back in tvs is great. She made sure we knew what we were going to get out of the produce that we were interested in, and I got free delivery.

I got a new laptop computer. The fella helping me was full of information. The one I got was affordable, & the guy helping was nice. He didn't make me feel dumb.

Dude on the phone was super helpful, staff inside helped me get my stuff and get out quickly without wasting time.

Service, great and I was there a few minutes and they helped me get everything I needed.

The people were incredibly helpful and patient when we went in to buy our PC!

Very positive experience. Found out that they do price match. Saved 20 dollars, which is a couple gallons of gas, or milk!

They have pretty much everything electronic wise. And most everything is in stock. Employees know a lot too. Overall great experience

We needed help and there was someone available to help. They had what we needed at a reasonable price. Nice clean, organized store. Easy check out too.

I picked up my USB to C adapter. They have descent prices on TV's.

Quick and efficient service picking up my online order. After determining I ordered the wrong item, was able to return without an issue and in a matter of only 2 minutes I received my refund. Ordering and pickup of the correct product went smoothly.

Sometimes you can find a very good deal, considering you "touch" the part and can decide better if it is for you.

I decuded to shop at Best Buy because I was sure I could find a new laptop for a reasonable price. I also that Best Buy has a Geek Squad to help me answer many technical questions, if I should need expert help in setting up my new laptop. I also know that I can get help from a Samsung representative pairing my Galaxy 4 watch with my Galaxy phone.

Geek Squad? More like FLEEK SQUAD. Fleek Squad employee Logan thinks he’s Jimmy Neutron the way he’s providing knowledge and relaying the slay. He also provides stellar guest service that will have you quaking in your boots mama! 10/10 would shatter my phone again just to have Fleek Squad Logan help me!

The guy that loaded my tv right before closing was excellent.
