BEST BUY and GEEK SQUAD have taken care of all my electronics needs for 15 years or more. My personal computer, my tablet, my printer, and our big screen TV, were all purchased here. GEEK SQUAD installed the TV on the wall for us and set up the universal remote. I pay the annual fee to be a “Total Tech Support Member” and have found it to be a good value. Strongly recommended.

Staff was helpful even though they weren't able to find what we were looking for in stock. Seems that people think it was OK to just walk out with whatever they want, which happen to include things we were there to pickup.

This is my goto Best Buy, it's one of the few best buys that always has what I need in stock. I go here regularly for any electronics that I need. If, for whatever reason, I might not know the specs on something that I'm looking at. The staff are very informative. If they don't have an answer for you, they get someone that does.

The gentleman who assisted us was amazing, the product wasn't available in the store so he helped track one in stock at another store. So helpful

Bryan Gray was very helpful getting a phone issue resolved even though I'm not a Verizon customer and he's actually a home theater expert. Very impressed!

Arissa did a phenomenal job when I came in needing assistance for a car product. Kind and helpful with a smile.

I love this store and I love the people to we had a issue with our TV we have a super sonic TV and we didn't have a remote for it to work and this. Nice guy came to us and helped us get the right remote he knew about the sonic TV's and once we programmed the remote it worked like a charm so if you guys have a issue with your sonic TV these guys will help you. .and to the sweet guy you know who you are thank you so much 😊👍 ❤❤🥰

My iPhone wasn’t charging. I went to Best Buy to purchase a charging pad until I purchased a new phone. Joey took my phone to the Geek Squad. They cleaned the port for FREE and it works fine 👍🏿. Great job 👏🏿 Joey and Geek Squad!

Holy Mother of pearl. The best buy is amazing. I am visiting my father and I forgot my fit bit versa charger. As soon as I walk in an employee greats me, makes me feel like a king and I tell him I need a charger. He says they do stock it, and gets another employee who also greats me to take me to what I need. 2minutes flat I had what I needed and felt like it was a pleasure to shop there. If only every store treated you like best buy the world would be great!! I highly recommend you shop here, even if it's out of the way. It would be totally worth it! 👏👏👏

Very helpful, especially Josh in electronics. Front registers could be a little nicer though.

They were very busy Saturday in part because of tax free weekend but service was fast and efficient.
I ordered a couple Amazon fire sticks thru their on line and pick up in store option. I was notified by email when it was ready and I was able to pick up my order quickly once I arrived there.

So many options for TV's and electronics. It's so fun to go in a brows. The staff was extremely kind and helpful!

We had a great experience going to this Best Buy. They really provided exceptional customer service. They were priced a little higher on certain products that we were looking into. There employees go out of there way to ask how they can help and to answer any questions.

They were very helpful, polite and professional at the Geek Squad and throughout the store. The store and restrooms were clean.
They had a large variety of things to choose from. They had really nice front load washers and dryers.
They also had the latest televisions at a nice price.

Haven't been inside a Best Buy in a decade, but they had a really great deal in a 2nd gen Square POS. Purchased online then went in the store for pu, they were extremely helpful and polite. Walked around the store for a few minutes and saw many other great deals for future references. We will definitely be looking at their deals here on out.

Kynzie helped us at the phones. She was excellent! Very good customer service. She walked with us to find what we needed. She helped two of us at the same time (we were here together) bouncing from my questions to the person I was with. She had a great personality. Made us laugh. She so deserves a raise!
