AT&T Store

I have had nothing but a GREAT experience at this store with the sales associates. Alma was amazing at getting our services switched from Verizon, Dante was awesome at helping us get our new phones set up when they arrived, and Cody was also amazing at getting our watches ordered and explaining to us all the charges. They are all AMAZING...

Dameon was super cool genuinely a good human and had a genuine soul, love to meet people who don’t mind being charismatic while shopping. Only went in to get air pods, left with AirPods and a smile on my face, Thank you Dameon!

Courtney at the Derby Ks AT&T on Rock Rd was an absolute PLEASURE to work with! I walked in closer to closing time and she was so patient with me. She Never did rush to finish helping me. She took all the time I needed to get my problems resolved. She is so kind and caring. AT&T is very fortunate to have such a wonderful representative, It's people like her that keep me coming back and staying loyal to AT&T!

Oh my goodness Alma was super helpful she helped get me into my new phone and get the Flip5 all set up and taught me to look into my account credit so I could get the samsung watch as well!! She was super sweet and patient and answered all my questions and took her time so I felt comfortable for every step of the way!!! Definitely recommend speaking with Alma

I went to one and called 3 other ATT stores in Wichita to see if they had the device I wanted in stock. None of them had it, said I couldn't get it for 3 weeks, and offered no alternatives. When I called Derby, Sierra answered the phone. She said they didn't have what I asked for but told me what was available and helped me order the device so I could get it immediately. By being proactive, professional and very helpful she made two sales and restored my satisfaction with AT&T. All sales reps should take a lesson. Thank you, Sierra.

Went to the Derby store last night to get my husband's information switched to my old phone and Courtney was THE BEST !!! She welcomed us when we walked thru the door, even though she was helping someone else at the time. She was very knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process! Very nice and so sweet!!!! Give that Girl a raise! I wish everyone was like her !!! :)
