NERD'S Hardware

Newer hardware stores in town with similar stock and prices from what i can tell. If one doesn't have what I'm after I check the other. It's actually nice having 2 in town to try and keep a little competition on the pricing. Nothing bad from any of my visits.

Great Store! My fiance has strong roots in Odessa, Missouri and her family recommending the store. A great local source for my company company.

Recently my garbage disposal went out. I checked prices from all the big box stores. I stopped by Nerds to see what they have. I’m glad I did. Not only did they have the highest quality (insinkerator) disposal. It was the same price as the big box store that’s 15 miles away. Thanks Nerds.

Nerd's has always provided me with excellent customer service. They are always friendly and very helpful. Last time I got paint and supplies, they even helped me carry it out to the car.

Love having Nerd's in town! Everyone who works here is very helpful and polite. Definitely visit during chick days and look at all the fuzzy cuteness. They have a good selection of plants in the spring and summer and usually always have straw bales.

Like any local hardware store, it's small, the people knowledgeable, and the store clean. The place carries most of what you need and some things you won't find in the big box stores like local plants, more local flavor and items. It also doesn't carry everything but if you need some of those particular items then ask, they might be able to get it and less and better quality.

We went in for a Hot water heater. The employees were awesome. They not only loaded it for us but found some plastic to cover it up from the rain. They were soaking wet when they were done, but never acted inconvenienced. Great customer service

Very nice people working there. Great looking plants, first time I've seen grape plants three feet tall! Good prices too!

Find myself heading to Nerds right about the time they are closing for something that will finish my evening project. Still are always very polite and helpful , ALWAYS.

Super people, willing to help anyone. I’ll drive from Blue Springs/ Grain Valley to support them. Good selection is one thing but service and supporting local is super important to me.
