AT&T Store

The two handsome gentlemen that helped me today were amazing. Calvin and Brendon were so knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend this store.

Man was running the store all alone. Impeccable service. Really teachable, attentive, young guy, I hope he sticks around. Better than the Washington and Eureka stores combined, well worth the drive.

Love the union store. All sales reps are knowledgeable and friendly. I've never had a bad experience here! They just got me a iPhone 15 for 0 per month. I was in and out within 30 minutes!

The woman who helped me was absolutely perfect. She connected with me instantly. I wouldn't change anything about my visit. She made it one to remember in the best way!!!

I recently went to the union, AT&T store to get another phone for my mom. I really needed to get the same phone that she had already because she has a hard time with changing the phones as she is 80 years old. We were greeted very cordially by a young lady named Kat. She was so wonderfully helpful, and made sure that we were able to get the same phone and that it was prepared for use. Immediately. She went way beyond what was necessary for her job. If you need a new phone for your AT&T account, I highly suggest this young lady she was awesome. Thank you Kat my mom is ecstatic with her phone.

I was at the store and had a lot of issues. The staff there was very polite and knowledgeable. They carefully explained things to me and helped me pick out a new phone. Definitely coming back for any and all of my needs and or concerns.

Very happy with the service I got here today.(02/21/2023) Calvin was likely the most helpful person I've ever worked with in a phone store. I had tmobile for over ten years and I can safely say I am happy to have stopped in today to (just check plan prices). Later on, the lady working there helped me find a case for my phone and went as far as to let me try on a few different to see which I preferred. 5 stars!

Was amazing in getting my upgrade processed and getting everything updated. Did not try to upsell me on anything.

Everyone there was extremely polite and understanding, to each of their customers. My data transfer took about 30 minutes and in that time I watched 3 young professionals take care of their customers like they really mattered, in a quick and efficient manner. My experience there, was so much better than my last experience at different near-by location. They saved a 10 line customer from going to a different carrier. They should be training others.

This is the best att store. Everyone is very helping and always greeting you with a smile. They’re very efficient with helping. The manager and assistant manager are very friendly men. I had the girl that works there, and she is amazing and I would refer her every time.

We had a wonderful experience ( I don’t remember the young lady’s name with blonde hair who helped us!) Very professional, very knowledgeable! Didn’t take hours to do our phone upgrade like at other stores in the past! We were in and out! Very pleased!

Received excellent customer service today from Justin who activated and set up our phone for us. He was very patient with us and definitely went above and beyond. I highly recommend using this AT&T location.

Everyone is extremely polite and helpful. They always take great care of you here! If you can’t make it to the store, they’ll do whatever they can for you over the phone.
