I needed some keys made. I had been to another place and the keys they made for me did not work. The young man that waited on me was very pleasant and did an excellent job. All four keys worked.

Great local hometown hardware store and its really close to my home. The cashier greeted me warmly as soon as I walked in the door and showed me where to look for the Christmas light fuses I needed.

Very helpful friendly crew of folks. Great selection of products from all the top brands. Pretty impressed!

They didn't have what I wanted in stock so they called other stores to find me what I wanted. Very nice.

Cottons ace hardware is a great place to shop. The employees are soo friendly and helpful. If you can't find what you want they will help you find it. Store is soo clean and neat. Come on folks give ace a try in union I think you will be surprised

Very helpful and I have never not been able to find what I need. You get the feeling that you're in an old time neighborhood hardware store. The staff is very knowledgeable. If you stumble through an explanation of the problem you are trying to solve they translate it into Hardware store language so you get what you need. Once I needed a part for an old fashioned doorknob, they didn't have it but sent me to a company online that did.

These are the normal store hours which never changes except for certain holidays which will be posted on the door of the store.

Ace has what others don't. They Carrie a large selection of tools and supplies. And they have zoom spout oil. A must have for the service and repair guys. Stop in and pick up the tools and supplies you need. Friendly staff and super clean!

Nice store, very clean and organized. Prices are a little on the high side but their staff is so nice and helpful, it's worth paying a little more!!
