I come here 2-3 times a day and the staff are phenomenal. They will happily go out of their way to help me find whatever obscure parts I need. They all have a great attitude, a good knowledge of their inventory and their store is very clean. I’m happy that I get to come here so often.

I got just what I needed by talking to Don. I stopped by to get a headlight switch and some bulbs. My dad has been going to this location for years and Don helped him out with all the parts needed for us to replace the brakes on my ‘97 Wrangler (rotors, pads, drums, shoes, and a cylinder). They have more in stock than other locations because they distribute to the rest of the area.

The people are really nice and they let me stay there overnight had to deliver in the morning spot very very tight but doable

Mark gives outstanding customer service! He was able to get me several parts from out of state for a custom project. He made a hard task simple and now I can complete a restoration stress free because of Mark

Omg. The things I get from here are like magically forged or something. Always works well and make me happy in more then one way. The service has always been reliable and satisfying. Can be a bit on the pricy side. But one gets what they pay for here. Plus there are sales. Soo... It just great. Go here peeps.

This is by far the most knowledgeable staff at a NAPA I've ever met. AND THEY WENT THE EXTRA MILE 4 ME.

I had an extremely positive experience while visiting this Napa location. I am from out of town and needed a vehicle part but determined I wasn’t going to be able to make to their location before they closed. Randy was extremely accommodating and was willing to wait there a few minutes after to in order to allow me to purchase the part I needed. I’m very thankful and appreciative.

This branch has always had what I needed. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. It reminds me of the days when the auto parts guy's were gearheads and knew their way around a hot rod instead of just a part number.

They had the only Camber locking plates for my truck ... HERE, in town, in stock, on a Saturday. No body else had them for same day pick up. NAPA Warehouse is the best!

I had a dead battery. I guy named Mitch saw that I couldn't get it out so he came out to help. Dang it I didn't know it was bolted down. Great people there.

This is hands down the best napa in town. I forgot his name but the tall guy has this place dialed. I don't care if i have to wait, their knowledge is worth it!

At first I got the wrong sized wiper blades, but I was glad I did because when I went back in the store, they not only gave me the bigger size (and didn't charge the $2 extra) they put them on for me. Thanks, Phillip, stellar customer service.

Local auto supply house. Well managed and good stock of all the parts you'll need for your car. Sun shades we got this day and discount coupons for dragstrip tickets. We like that they sponsor cars in NHRA & NASCAR. They also sponsor Woodburn Dragstrip. Nice counter help. We bought battery here in past & other parts, too.

If you live in the Portland area, this is the NAPA location you want. This is the primary distribution locations for the whole area (including Bend, eastern Oregon, etc.). If you do not want to wait a few days for a part to arrive, go to this location. They will just get it from the warehouse and you will have it in a few minutes.

One of the best things about this location is it being attached to the wearhouse, they have almost everything. As always since it is Napa you will get the correct part on the first attempt.

Friendly knowledgable staff. This is the corporate headquarters store connected to their warehouse so you're pretty much guaranteed to find the part you need.
