Walmart Supercenter

This store started as a 2-star for me but soared to 5 stars thanks to outstanding customer service. During my Christmas shopping, I encountered a pricing issue in the electronics section. Despite Tim, the team lead, initially refusing to honor the online price, Sara and another associate stepped in, resolved the situation, and completed my transaction. Tim's strange attempt to intervene couldn't overshadow the great service provided by Sara and the rest of the staff.

Very caring and will be great to join the team at Walmart hopefully gonna be join very soon hopefully I can talk with the hiring manager tomorrow to let her know I got my ID and next steps to begin

The cake decorator was awesome. She made Stitch cake for our 8 year old super last minute. We are from out of town and on our way back from the Kansas City Zoo. She went above and beyond to make her birthday extra special!!

Walmart has been an amazing resource for me, everyone who works there is always willing to kindly help me and share information about products that I’m looking for!!!!

Did have as many options as the near a big city, but very nice and clean. Staff was also surprisingly friendly and helpful.

Great bargains. Great service. I think that we are very lucky to have Walmart. so many businesses are shut down and not running so it's nice to know you can go somewhere and get just about everything you need. I think Walmart is doing a fantastic job under these conditions.

Only picked up new medicine order. It was ready for pickup quickly after ordered by the doctor. This Walmart Pharmacy provides really good service. I'm glad we are using them now.

Love the selection of items that this supercenter carries. It seems they always have a better selection to choose from than our local walmart and it is worth making the trip to go there. I can always find what I am looking for. I just have to be careful not to get hit with the falling prices.

We drive a little ways but our walmart never has the deals they have plus its for sure where I take my car to get oil changes. It maybe a bit of a wait but it's great for shopping and find deals.

Great place to go get all your basic needs

Well stocked store. Easy to get around. Friendly staff, just have to ask for help if it’s needed. The deli is not opened all the time. When the deli is open, they don’t always have items in stock. I enjoy going to this Walmart more then others.

I recently had a issue with a tire. I stopped at the tire center and the help I received from the young lady working the desk and 2 gentleman working in the garage was excellent. The 3 individuals went above and beyond my expectations. I wish I had their names. They were working Sunday April 1st my visit was at 530 PM. To the manager at this store you have 3 people that are a very great asset to your success and should be acknowledged.

As always not enough registers open. Nothing unusual about that. Counting today just 3 days until Christmas so WHY do you inconvenience your shoppers by making them stand in line to give you their money??? Scan and go check out backed up too. It's not a difficult concept to get. Stop making people stress out more than they already are with everything that is going on in all of our lives, your employees included, and at least make shopping in your stores a more pleasant experience. That is what would be considered 'having the Christmas spirit'. And not being Scrooge thinking only about how much profit you have at the end of the day. Soooo Happy Holidays! I'm sure Sam's descendants need every penny they can get their hands on poor things.

We are traveling through to Illinois and went in looking for travel sized shampoo and conditioner. I found everything right away and every worker we ran into were kind.

It is clean and normally have things stocked up.

Great layout for easy shopping and usually not crowded. Low prices and very friendly staff. Especially Lola Brown in pharmacy. A dear woman and very helpful. Parking near building is almost always available.
