Even when ordered online had to wait and drive through a long time and was pulled around front to wait longer.

The managers at this location should really be proud of their staff. They are friendly and appropriate to make refunds if the customer isn't able to get what they ordered as we witnessed happened to one customer. The food was fresh. The establishment was clean and the atmosphere was the best I'd ever experienced.

Food place. The bathroom was clean, and I only order through kiosk.

They seemed to be a bit short staffed, so it took a longish time getting our food. But it was good and the workers were amiable: )

Quick late night drive thru but the food was hot and fresh.

Great experience. I had to stop my truck and urinate. The place was so friendly and great that I had to buy a Mc double, well done no nasty yellow fake cheese. I threw away 75% of the bread. Made for bovines. The friendly people and staff superseded the bad quality of food. I even took pictures with the royals and my friend Ronald. Thank you for being here. Overall, great experience.

The man at the counter was awesome! He was kind, friendly and joking. It totally made my morning. I didn't get his name (wearing all black) but a big shout out and thanks to him!!!

I recommend you order here it is always fast service. I seem to always get over n out service here. They must have weekly meetings on how to please their customers. I own a house in Bosworth, we are from MN originally but we travel Chillicothe 2 a month since last year.

Ever since I've worked there the staff is friendly and fast about my food.
I'm sorry to anyone whose had less than satisfactory results. We do get extremely busy sometimes and mistakes do happen but feel free to come on by and we'll do our best to make you a satisfied customer.

They were patient with me when my kids didnt know what they wanted and when i got to the window the guy with purple hair was amazing. Nice and polite.

We went through the drive through for coffee and it was very quick. I love using their app for points.

I was waiting for my vehicle to be worked on so my dog and I walked over to McDonalds. The staff was very kind and helpful with getting my dog water on a warm summer day. I had no problems sitting outside for many hours. Thanks for the kind staff for asking of there was anything they could get me!

Tonight on 07/27 around 7pm I came through the drive through and ordered an icecream, a frappe and a Carmel iced coffee with extra X3 Carmel. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they fulfilled my request with an ungodly amount of Carmel. I was so so happy because every other McDonald's ever has just ignored me even though I always ask nicely and pay for it. But Good job Chillicothe Mcdoanlds you made me a happy camper.

Very friendly staff. Food was hot and served in a timely manner. Order was 100% correct the first time. Definitely will be returning when I'm in the area

I'm always very impressed with how fast the drive-thru is at this restaurant. Much faster than other McDonalds in the region. The staff are generally friendly and our orders have always been correct. No complaints yet!

Went to the drive-thru was quick and efficient all my food was fresh and hot had a pleasant surprise the fellow in front of me paid for my order thank you sir that made my day

Love curbside pickup. I work out of ny car and im constantly on the run. They help keep me on schedule!!
