You never have to worry about PepBoys with their guarantee! I had work done in Florida before driving up to NJ. About halfway through the trip, my check engine light came on, so I took it to this location ASAP.
Chris and his team took me right in, without an appointment and had me out within only a couple hours!
Not only did they guarantee their work, they worked with me on new charges and made a new, permanent customer out of both me and my father.

The tire service warranty package is so worth while getting. No matter why the tire gets damaged they prorate your tire and give you money towards a new one. Very great full for this service they offer. I have had to use it on many occasions

One of my tires went flat on my Mini Cooper. Thankfully the was only half a mile from pep boys, the only place in the area that I could find my unpopular sized tire. I took my tire in and within 20 minutes I was ready to roll.

This is my first time at Pep Boys and I live right around the corner. I just went there for a flat tire and although it did take all day to plug my tire, I was quite pleased on how Chris, who stated he just took over the store 3 months ago, treated me and was apologetic for the amount of time it took. He explained that they were understaffed and doing their best, and I respect that. He took care of me for my troubles and I will be sure to do business there again. Keep up the good work Chris!

I came in for an oil change and to have my check engine light evaluated. Chris greeted me and made my experience very comfortable. He was very knowledgeable about the codes that came up for my vehicle. He offered suggestions on what my next steps should be in regard to fixing what is wrong. He was very pleasant and professional. My guy chris definitely deserves a raise or some compensation for how well he handles his customers. He always helps me out tremendously everytime I come to the shop. Anywhere he is is where ill take my business to.

I started going to this Pep Boys because it is very close to home. I keep going because I find them honest and I trust what they tell me. I have never had them try to upsell me. My car is always ready when they say it will.

Exceptional service -polite, patient and thorough- it felt like the good old days when you could actually trust your mechanic to not over charge and to honestly and properly make the necessary repairs…this happened to me the last time I was here but had not left a review -now I got the exact same amazing treatment and reliable repair so it was definitely worth taking the time to leave a review.

Came in after the oil light came on in my BMW 335i. I’d only just had it serviced at another pep boys and these guys sorted it out for me quickly and at no extra charge.

My car was there last week my engine lite was on they fixed my car it cost 1100.00 a week later the lite comes on again so I had it towed from Glassboro to have them fix it cause it had only been a week they were awesome the fixed the problem and I was not charged thank you soooo much you put my mind at ease since my daughter drives
it to Rowan university

Came in today to get my alternator swapped. Chris the manager is phenomenal great customer service, and had it done 2 hours later.
