I am thoroughly impressed with management as well as all the associates here… I needed five additional envelopes for the cards that I had made in the photo department, and they were willing to give them to me. I am truly grateful and thankful that they offered me this excellent customer service as I was a little concerned and stressed out about not having enough envelopes. Again, thank you to the team at Walgreens. I appreciate you.

I wanted to point out the wonderful customer service I experienced today in the pharmacy drive through. I was picking up meds and remembered I needed something from inside. I asked if they would get it for me and would not have been at all surprised if they couldn’t accommodate. Blake and Angelina both took the time to help me out. No attitude or impatience at all. I was very satisfied. Thank you guys. Keep it up!

Your associate Nicole is the reason I go here. Shes VERY helpful and knowledgeable on where to find what you're looking for. 5 stars isn't enough for her service. Wish the pharmacy staff was more like her because they are kinda lippy towards people. I was in there today and Nicole had a very rude customer on the phone and she really kept calm!! I left and went to Wawa and bought her a cookie and she was very grateful. Get more people like Nicole!!!!

After being completely shamed at the 24 hour Walgreens further down in Newfalls Road I was guided to this one 5200 new falls where I was treated professionally and the pharmacist was really friendly. I waited 2 days for medication to be filled and this is where I was finally taken care of. They actually had it in stock and no huffy green haired 20yr olds working the counter.

I had to use this location for a FedEx drop off. Joe at the photo counter was great!!! My package was missing and he went out of his way to call two other locations to help find it. Thanks Joe!!!

On another note, you guys should paint the speed bumps in the parking lot yellow. Black kinda blends in with the pavement.

Come here to get photos printed often. Tim is great. Always fast and friendly. Most recent visit was today. We got greeting cards printed. Very happy with the service.
