I switched to Cricket about a year ago and the staff actually got me excited about the service/phones, leaving me to never regret this decision. It doesn’t matter what time I come in, the gals are helpful and manager Lisa will jump right in to make sure all is going well! No question is ever too small, or too big! She will dive right into my phone to figure out the issue and if unable to, get on her phone calling her higher staff or support team to get an answer! Her passion for her store and the customers who come in is what makes me happy I chose Cricket and coming in to pay my bill or for the latest upgrades/cases/info/etc.

Raven has made our experience great, she talked through us about plans and even more she's reasonable and very nice!
