I love the staff at this location. Can't speak highly enough about their depth of knowledge, their manners, their upbeat personalities, and their willingness to help with every one of your requests. When i go on behalf of my kids, i enter with minimal experience and without a clue for what I'm looking for exactly, and i always leave with what the kids wanted. They even share "secrets": not so common knowledge that benefits the consumer that could easily be gatekept from us. Five stars, even if supply is once in a blue moon low. (But remember: demand is always high!)

This place is awesome. Came in on Thursday and got the best customer service ever the manager jim and employee Joshua were awesome. Felt like I known these guys for years that's how good the customer service was. Very talkative and knowledgeable. Even knew every customers name that walked through the door and treat them each all equally. So impressed that I made this my home store even tho I live 45 mins away. Keep up the good work guys!!!

Every time I've been to this store, the associates are always super chill and nice. Even when they're busy and don't have the amount of staff necessary, due to unforeseen circumstances. I wish more consumers understood how hard it is to work in this type of service field.

Awesome GameStop location!! The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Access from the road is easy. I was able to find everything I was looking for, and the customer service experience was great! Really love this GameStop. The manager is the most patient, helpful, and kind person ever. Really puts in an effort to help customers find what they're looking for.
The store itself is nicely stocked with regular GameStop merch, but also a lot of unique things that are fun finds.

My family loves love loves this Gamestop we will not go to any other . The management there will help you until they find what you are looking for and gets it for you. Jim is an fantastic man he keeps his store clean and it so easy to find what you need . I'm so glad that he is the manager here .

Great place for gaming stuff. Love the figures and the shirts. I play on a PC so I don't get games there, but the folks are always friendly and love gaming. You lose track of time chatting. Only bad thing is they take to much of my $$.

This is by far my favorite GameStop to go to all the employees know what they are talking about. And the manager is great always helps me with the utmost respect and courtesy because when I come in. I don't know what I'm looking for or what I'm talking about because I shop there for my boyfriend she has never been "snarky" or condescending in any type of matter. I absolutely love this game stop and will drive the half hour / 45 minutes out of my way to shop at the store because Cinnaminson has gone downhill.

I love going to this GameStop in Somerdale! Always super friendly and very helpful. I don't know much and games and gaming system because I mainly shop for my 7yr old but the guys in this store are so knowledgeable.

My go to GameStop! Eric always goes above and beyond when helping me. Super friendly and seems to dig his job and life in general.

I barely play video games these days but I busted out the old Xbox 360 because I'm trying to be more active and there are some old fitness and dance games to try out with Kinect. There was a sale buy-two-get-one-free and the Xbox games are so cheap now to begin with. What's not to love about GameStop? I am not a hardcore gamer so I'm not sure what that crowd thinks about GameStop. But it is great for trying out or revisiting an old console system for a very low investment.

Im a former gamestop employee, the majority of negative reviews are unfortunately issues that are not common but happen at every gamestop. After leaving my location I used to work at I will only shop here. Trust an insider here, this is the most honest and caring staff in the entire south jersey district. I feel safe and respected coming here everytime.

This place always has lots of goodies. The staff is awesome, knowledgable and helpful. The manager is an above and beyond type of guy too. This is my favorite Gamestop in the area.

Helpful staff. Never left standing in front of register waiting to give them your money. They are very prompt and offer deals you didn't know were taking place

Nice! Very big! Lots of games, if you need a game I'm pretty sure this one should have, because there are plenty of games here. And the people here are very helpful. Help you you soon as you walk in.

Came in and they had the game that I was looking for. Friendly staff and helpful too. They answered all of my questions that I had and even questions that I did not know I had.
