McDonald's

Drove out here to see the single arch sign (evidently there are only a few left) and decided to stop inside for a sandwich. I fully expected to be presented with a disappointing hamburger look-alike. I was pleasantly surprised with what might be one of the best hamburgers I've had in recent memory! Highly recommend.

Things have changed in McDonald's dining rooms since the pandemic. I was so touched by the lovely young lady serving the customers in her dining room when we were in our Lindenwold NJ McDonald's the other day. She was asking everyone if they had what they needed, correcting a mistake in the order for us, smiling at my little one with me and so kind. I actually handed her a tip. She should be working in a fancy restaurant getting good tips all the time! I think her name was Jess; but I'm not sure!

I would like to give honorable mention to Charlene at the Magnolia McDonald’s. I have never in my life witnessed a worker who worked as hard as Charlene. She is a one woman show! She kept the restaurant clean, replenished supplies, served the customers inside and outside, and did not miss a beat while doing so. Not to mention, she maintained pleasant and professional while doing IT ALL. Charlene’s attention to detail and professionalism should earn her a managerial position. Please recognize her for excellent work ethic. GREAT JOB CHARLENE!!!!! YOU ARE GOING PLACES!!!!!

My go to place everytime I go to Lowe's or Home Depot and get hungry. Nothing matters to a hungry man after getting dirty picking supplies at the store.

Clean environment great team work fast workers and fluent staff. Phenomenal, phenomenal wonderful customer service per Ms. Sofia. Thank you young lady for making our day much better. We need more like her. God bless you. You have awesome work ethic.

The best food in this area. The store on White Horse Pike near the Wawa and the Rite Aid is TRASH. This store is awesome

WOW! I'm impressed with THIS McDonald's! Food was excellent, service was awesome! Very rare to give 5-stars to "fast food" but this place deserves it!

The drive thru line was long but moved quickly. There was some confusion in the rush and we were almost handed the wrong food. The buy 1 get 1 free breakfast deal is awesome!!

Going through the drive thru in New Hope is always a pleasure, especially when Taylor is working. He has a wonderful customer service voice and he's always friendly, accurate and quick with service.

The manager that works Friday morning is extremely friendly and sweet and having been to plenty of different McDonald’s, that kind of customer service is very hard to find !!! Also, this is the first McDonald’s I’ve been to that has cute little holiday decorations and other helpful information for customers and delivery drivers. Thank you to everyone here that cares about their job! It’s so hard to find now a days…keep it up ! :)

i dont like paper straws but a good cause

For a McDonald's, it's one of the better ones I've been in. The staff are very friendly. It's super clean. The food is the same at every McDonald's. So they at least have that consistently. The parking is a little small l, but that's just the area.

Consistently the best McDonald’s the grease is always clean the fries are always great the food is always right the managers always pleasant. The downside is they remodeled and they took away all the parking and all the booths that us senior citizens could all meet up and have breakfast together now there’s counters screwed into the wall nobody sits in there they pushed us out of their parking lot and out of the inside with lack of seating however this locations food far surpasses the one in Deptford the one in Deptford is always burnt. You have a nice manager that cares

I had a coupon on the app but it wasn't working and when I tried to update it, it said I already used it when clearly I had not. I asked the woman at the drive through if I could show my phone at the window and she said if you don't have the code we can't help you. Not an ounce of willingness to help. Not a suggestion for how to fix it or anything just no, we can't help you. But up at the window, the young man at the window was extremely kind and willing to help me get a new code that worked. They had no idea I was coming through the drive through with my dying dog who has end stage rectal cancer so he could get a BOGO breakfast sandwich. People should be kind no matter what but some start doing kind things because he's dying. This young man just did a kind thing patiently because it was the kind thing to do and that was so appreciated this morning.

Usual busy but beside that excellent service, hot freshly cooked fries, delicious chicken sandwich and so so service. Not too crowded about 3 cars ahead if but served fast. Overall I'd definitely goo again if needed a quick stop.
