H Mart

My go to restaurant for authentic specialty Asian Cuisine. We like to make hot pot and Sushi at home. We can get everything we need here. We initially started shopping at h-mart because we found great prices on sushi grade fish. Now we go because they have what we need when we cook specialty Asian food at home. We also don't have to go all the way to China town, which we did all the time.

As you walk around this grocery store, certain aisles are portals to South Korea - with products imported straight from there. Whenever I need something very specific (in this case, Gochujang) I stop by H-mart to teleport me to the other side of the world to get me what I need. Prices are reasonable on many products and not on others. For example, hot house cucumbers are 99c. whereas a gallon of regular milk is $7.49. no rhyme or reason 😂 but a wonderful store for particular korean delicacies that are hard to find other places!

Nice spacious h mart. Lots of fresh vegetables and prepared foods. All the standard h mart produce. H mart is a great chain of Korean super markets, with also a variety of other Asian foods too, such as Chinese and Japanese.

Tons of varieties of noodles, dumplings, hotpot ingredients. Various exotic Asian fruits and vegetables

I love Hmart, and this is an especially good one with a huge selection! The bentos are amazing and it has a great selection for a fast lunch. Meats and seafood section are top marks. I got sushi and cha siu for lunch and it was remarkable.

Excellent grocery selection, too!

I found a very small plate for putting sauces or dip onto for my chicken nuggets. This place is amazing. Five stars!

So nice to have an H Mart closer to home. This store is well organized and full of unique grocery items. There is also a small skincare and household item section.

I love this store!

It's a small grocery store but mighty. Found Aksu apples that were delicious and such a huge assortment of Ramen, buns, dumplings and gyozas as well as prepared sushi. The best for me were the different flavored chicken wings both traditional and boneless, such a large variety and flavors I had not encountered before. AMAZING STORE.

Amazing authentic imported grocery store!

Lots of nice clean eating food. Very healthy and delicious. Their chickens in a bucket is awesome sauce.
Also their salmon sushi roll and spicy tofu very very nice. Their green tea and oolong tea will make you smile.

Perfect to find all the ingredients to cook any Asian food. Fantastic place !

All about Korean food. I think this place is much better than 32nd Hmart. More gloceries and better price.

Great assortment of fresh vegetables at very competitive prices.

Not a super big store. Generally a little more pricy than other places, but has so many nice Asian food/desserts etc. There's a lot of ingredients for hotpot such as fishballs and meat slices. Good seafood selection as well. Reasonable priced sea urchin, salmon and sashimi. Cooked food is 30% off after 8pm.

Very impressive variety of super fresh Asian and western produce, spices, dried foods. Large fish area, very fresh, exotic Asian mollusks, etc plus good frozen fillets. The butcher counter has meats already prepared in the very thin shabu-shabu cuts. We went for some ethnic meal ingredients and discovered we could buy all of our groceries there. H Mart is well priced, spotless, a fun shopping experience.

A bit pricey compared to other restaurants but good selection of Asian sauces and snacks.THE BEST pineapple slices around.

I've started shopping here in just the last few weeks and everything has been excellent quality. People in the neighborhood have mentioned it's a great store and I'm glad I finally went.

Yesterday I was waiting on line and paying for cut cantaloupe. I had previously bought plastic containers at the hardware store and was placing the cantaloupe in the bag from there, when the bag suddenly broke and everything spilled out. A very nice man who was working in the store immediately gave me two doubled-up paper shopping bags for everything and placed all of my items in the bag so quickly that there was not even a delay in the register taking care of the next person. I can't thank him and H Mart enough for the wonderful service and quality of everything I have purchased there!

This makes my 3rd visit to this store from one year ago, and my experience this time was way more pleasurable and I enjoyed this:

Being left alone to browse the aisles at my own pace, helpful, noticed and appreciated because you will immediately see all the choice and it'll relax you for a spell... My advice is if you begin to feel overwhelmed, just go to the register to pay for what you came for initially & that's cool, because there's always a next time, it's probably 'just ramen', right? Maybe?

One of the managers (Hwang) express ordered some bowls for me so I would have a full set. Super helpful and nice!!! Also, HMart always has superior AC!
