T.J. Maxx

This TJMaxx store is always so warm and welcoming. These workers are so very well trained and professional. Last week I came to this store and the line was to the back. All cashiers were open, managers had everything running great. One girl I asked her name was Victoria I believe she was a manager or supervisor, she was taking customers with few items and brought them to the jewelry counter for their purchase. She was walking up and down the line trying to be of help to everyone. She asked other jewelry associate who I know very well Hagar to help her take customers. She was nasty in saying why would I do that. Few people need to go but this T.JMaxx has some great assets. The manager/supervisor is one and when I asked how old she is because she looked young she’s only 17. I told her I was going to give a good review, I hope she sees this. Keep up the good work. World needs more like you.

The TJ Maxx in College Point, Queens is an absolute gem! I’ve had two parties I needed to attend to this month and on both occasions, I’ve been able to purchase a perfect dress the day of!
On Friday, I needed a dress to attend a wedding the same day!
I arrived at 10:06 am and left with a dress, clutch and matching shoes by 10:50 am!
Luz, who works on the maintenance team, sprung into action when I was trying on shoes and asking her opinion while also telling her I was on a time crunch. She proceeded to tell me “I saw you from down the aisle, those are too big, go for a smaller size.” And she proceeded to help me get the smaller size and watched me walk with them, after she approved, she immediately went to help me find a matching clutch.
I thanked her so much and her parting words were, “Con un buen maquillaje, te vas a ver muy bien!”
While at the register, I asked to speak with the manager. I let the manager know how thankful I was for Luz for helping me for my last minute wedding errand and he thanked me for the feedback.
The staff, the store selection at College Point is such a gem! I will be back 😊
P.S. I hope Luz gets to see this post and approves of the maquillaje 😊

When I go to TJ MAXX in College Point it’s always a good experience. The workers are helpful on the floor and the cashiers are friendly too. It’s easy to navigate through the store. It’s my first go to place when I need stylish close at good prices. Thank you to all the workers at TJMaxx from behind the scenes to the shopping area and to the cashier for your excellence all day!

As busy as it is...I'm quite impressed w how organized this place is..especially the clothes..I don't have 2 do their job... and I've only been there 3 times total!! I was raised on Saks..Lord and Taylor..Bloomies...etc...all the hi end..Macy's is a train wreck...all of them.

Absolutely love this TJ max simply because they have tons of cheap stuff and for the girls that like to wear baggy T-shirts recommend going to the men’s section because their T-shirts are big and really nice designs on them only for $7.99 and they have a lot of cute furniture stuff for good price everything is basically good price recommend .

The Bluetooth earbuds are located deep inside in the line area which is hard to get in to browse!

A lot of nice stuff. To my surprise, even on a crowded and rainy Sunday, they were bringing out new stuff for display. Found some nice stuff and left a happy shopper. Another plus is that they have a restroom, unlike the high end boutiques, so you can take your time and browse to find something special.

A nice collection of clothing and kitchen wear. Very well organized store and super friendly and professional stuff. The cashier that helped me today "SHAKTE" was one of the best: Smart, talkative, polite and persuasive. Not to forget the manager "Amanda", she is a true leader who's ensuring her team has the necessary support to achieve their goal and making sure of the satisfaction of her costumers.

Nice store with loads of items, clothing., houseware etc. Prices are extremely reasonable. Pay attention though to the higher priced items and compare. Still the same but now with spring and summer clothing at good prices. Good deals as always. One of my FAVs. More after holiday sales as usual.

LOVE THIS STORE!! I go here to buy my Day and Night Facial Serums and Mositirozers here every other month (GREAT PRODUCTS FOR A FRACTION OF THE COST IN a CVS, RiteAide, Walgreens ETC.) LITERALLY, TOP BRANDS at CVS that sell for almost $30 a pop are between $4.99-$9.99!! AMAZING SELECTION!!!! Can even get my Press on/Glue on Nails that cost $10 and up at other stores for $4.99
EACH.. EVERYTHING THEY CARRY IS GENUIS, The Selections, Variety's, Inventory, EVERYTHING in EVERY DEPARTMENT is a JAW DROPPING LOW LOW LOW PRICE (and they are NOT damaged or being discontinued, etc...) !! Its just CRAZY!! Writing about it actually REALLY JUST decide that im about to go there NOW!! LOL LOL

T. J.maxx is the best place to buy affordable nice products and good prices , I always goes to there to buy any things I need also I prefer an other peoples to go there just check and buy nice products with affordable price !!!!!

I recommend this store for women from sizes petit up to large same sizes for men. Great variety of clothes on these sizes 😄 and at good price. This store is very organized and with a little bit of everything from jewelry to toys...my family and I find everything when we go at this store. If you are in a hurry no problem they have like fifteen cash registers.
