Went to T-Mobile in Franklin lakes to switch our phones from Verizon. Couldn't have had a better experience! A'jea and Jaedyn helped us. They were professional and pleasant and made the switch so easy. Would highly recommend!

I was calling different T mobile stores looking for an specific phone and calling this location I found a very professional team. I went to to the location and both employees there were very helpful, I was able to get the phone I was looking for plus all the accessories I needed. They took the time to explain all the details and how my plan and payments will be set , also I was also helped to get all the set up on my new phone and they took the time to check everything. I will definitely recommend this location to family and friends because the friendliness and politeness of the team working there. Thank you so much Chris and Canyon!

Had an Amazing time here at the Franklin lakes store with Randall. He was great from beginning to end from helping me with getting my new phone to breaking down pricing to swapping my number over. All with smiles. Will definitely recommend this store to all my family and friends

Christian at the Franklin Lakes store went above and beyond to help me figure out the mobile needs of my family. I actually have never gotten better service. He was knowledgeable and helped me lower my bill while getting my whole family service. Thanks ❤

I had someone do fraud on my account and had an overwhelming bill and no one in customer care would help, they would talk to me but after hours in call they would hand up and np resolution. Came in to the store and Christian took his time with me to explain what’s going on and just helped me out. As of now my bill went back to what it was and got me a $350 credit from fraud charges and pro rated charges not done by me. Anybody in surrounding areas visit this store !!!

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately we didn't end up signing up because the phones that we had were not compatible. But they were upfront and polite, unlike the previous T-Mobile store that I had been to. At that store, they told me that our phones would definitely work and then proceeded to try and sell me a new phone that I didn't want.

Went in into T-Mobile and let me say my experience at Franklin lakes was top notch and I recommend everyone to go check on Chris and crew ! I haven’t visited the location in years but it’s safe to say they have a rockstar of a crew !

Customer service was top notch. Assisted with both me and my wife's phone. Mohit assisted with my wife's defective phone and came to a resolution right away. Neeraj hooked me up with my new Samsung phone. I would recommend this store to anyone who has t-mobile or planning on switching to t-mobile

They bought my equipment and I came to T mobile without those charges, went from $319 a month to $170! And free Netflix!
Mike, Yoda and Frank were all very helpful in every step of the transition process.
