Bigger than i thought. Pretty good prices on many things. I like the the shoe section even though its messy but that's the customers fault and not employees im sure they have plenty to do rather than just waiting around to fix the sneakers and shoes. Bag section is not as bug as other locations but still good . overall nice store

This place has really cleaned up its act 🙏🏻 It used to be a mess and the queue was SUPER long but it’s neat & tidy now and they’ve hired more staff (super friendly) so the checkout line moves smoothly. Great selection of beauty/bath products and they’re starting to get more home goods in, so that’s awesome. 😊

great for stuff like underwear and cheap socks that nobody other than your significant other sees. Cookware and unexpected things here. Get here early though. Long lines

It’s awesome! It’s literally a one stop shop!! I always find what I need and more. I go in looking for thing and leave with an entire cart! I can’t help myself! One lady Named Claudina in particular helped me a lot and was super friendly and welcoming. Love it here!!! So happy this store is in the neighborhood!

Manager Anne & associate Katiuska were very helpful. The older lady in dressing room is a bit aggressive
This store experienced an error June 13TH w/ the register. I appreciate the Manager did her best to contact the tech dept to complete my purchase after a long wait the register wouldn’t scan anything I was disappointed but the Manager Anne held our items

I love the prices and the merchandise, great varieties and the lines sometimes are really long but like there are enough cashiers you get out on time

Has about anything. But be prepared to make a long line.

Great store for Washington Heights, very clean and it has a wide variety of things the only problem is the store is very busy most of the time and the line is super long because they are short staffed of cashiers. I was only able to buy things 2 times so far because the line was short but that will ease down as time passes by. The people who shop there should stop making a mess at a few sections in the store. But Washington Heights needed this store

If you're looking for a particular item, it may not be there.
I was there one week looking for Thanksgiving cooking items without much success. The following week it was fully stocked and I totally cleaned up!

They have all u need. Also today I almost lost my phone but the friendly security guard and cashier helped me find it. They deserve a raise.

Marshalls stores are always good: a good selection of clothes and shoes, always clean, tidy and smell good in Marshalls stores 😇☺

Very polite staff certain places in the store could use a little upkeep from time to time and it's rather difficult to find a associate but the ones that were at the registers were very quick and efficient they got rid of a huge line right away it was more convenient as well since a manager was right behind them in order to help them with any issues that would come up.

I was there a few days ago and a beautiful sales lady helped me by the name of Carmen in the children’s department and I must say I’ve been shopping at Marshall’s a long time and I have encountered wonderful sales people but Carmen was exceptional. She helped so much to get a gift. I hope to always bump into her when I go into the store to shop again.

Very nice store in the neighborhood even if it was not very organized because it was too crowded on opening day and people were taking everything and not putting them back in their place it looks amazing. Also there are very helful and nice workers that assist you when trying to find something...

Great options, its the type of large store you bring a list to so you aren't overindulging at checkout time. I guess that's if budgeting is a practice for you. Don't bring more than you'd want to spend also if you love spending!
P.s:
Not sure when merch first arrives as it takes much patience to sift though so much for the ideal piece(s). Yet I don't mind since the right piece could bless your fit & wardrobe combinations for years to come. I didn't know how great of a variety there is too as far as food, kitchen wear, seasonings, bedding essentials, electronics. Its comparable to century 21, Burlington, tj max to name a few

I love this store. They have a good selection of merchandise and prices. I'm so happy I no longer have to go to 125th. Here hoping they bring more stores to the area(Target 😉). Aside from the fact that it's so convenient to have this near by, I love knowing it brings more job opportunities to Washington Heights.

Never buy Olive Oil or nuts at a regular supermarket again as Marshall's has an amazing gourmet selection of both at reasonable prices. Also great for Kate Spade bedding, Happy Socks and Christian Lacroix underwear. There is a very friendly woman with glasses working the door from the PA Bus station entrance, who is very helpful. Plus the manager is very kind and efficient.

The store is very clean and every employee I had contact with was most efficient,had knowledge of the stores contents.Since Payless closed it needs more variety of good skidfree sneakers and shoes .Also a better version of supportive women's undergarments is needed..supply these items and they will sell like hotcakes ..even if they cost a bit more.
