Needed some ice. Got it here! Prices on some items were ridiculous though...$10 for a bottle of body wash!

Their automated service for checking on or refilling a script is Awful . They focus too much on filling scripts that I personally don’t need and continually misinform Me that a script is ready then they can’t find it when you go to pick it up . Just because Insurance will pay them to fill a medication you don’t want or need yet . I will be looking into other options even though they are the Only Pharmacy in Our Small Town . If they’d just fix their terrible automated phone service and text message program many of these problems could be eliminated . It’s not a staffing problem I don’t think . Just some poor IT support and planning .

I needed to call and ask a store associate something and all I got was a recording that kept asking me to talk to it. Try 3 times and I never did get to talk to a person. This is very frustrating!

Every single person that works in the pharmacy are nasty, rude, bitter women! I actually joke when I call and say “watch, I bet they’re miserable” sure enough, miserable is what I get. One word answers. Never a “hello, how can I help you” always a “what do you want” (literally). Just overall rude. I understand we all have a bad days so I have never said anything but it’s every single time! Rude and nasty. I’m done! They ALL need attitude adjustments!

Gentleman at the register was not very kind after we tried to lay something down yelled at us and told us to pick it up and hand it to him when we sat it on the table so he was very rude. We do not recommend going and if you do, don’t put anything down because he’s very rude.

Pharmacist and staff are extremely rude. Hope you don't have questions about any medication, they're gonna make you feel small if you do. It literally takes nothing to politely speak to someone. If you hate your life so badly you have to make strangers feel bad for asking a question, it's probably time to rethink what you do.

Some staff members are very rude. Also the store hours have changed and it has been probably a year ago and they still have not updated the web site. Waisted gas and time trying to get my insulin that I will die with out and the hours are not correct.

It won't let me do another review so here we go....the date is 4/20/23 I have never had to get my own Pre authorization for my meds. My doctor gives me 3 mo at a time but they have had to call in my meds every mo because cvs does something with my call in prescription. Now since they have this pharmacist it has went downhill even more. Now the prescriptions get messed up and you have to call to get things straightened out. Normally a pre authorization is good for 1 year....this chick makes you do it every mo if she can get by with it. If she can't then every 3 mo!! I'm over cvs this pharmacy has gotten so horrible its not even funny!!! I'm going to look elsewhere and switch pharmacys. Go from 25 dollars for a med to 60 because you did not know and did not get your own pre authorization. 😡😡😡😡😡😡
