Leo's Market and Eatery

I was so happy to learn that Leo's was coming to the area where I live and work. From day one, the staff has been welcoming and friendly. Tim, Jason, and the whole staff treat you like an old friend every time you walk in. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the soft serve has us stopping multiple times a week for a sweet treat. I continue to be so glad that Leo's is in McCordsville.

I had an outstanding experience at Leo's Market and Eatery, thanks to Tim and the exceptional staff. Tim's service was truly top-notch, attentive, and friendly. The entire team at Leo's made my visit memorable. Five stars for excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere!

I’m at Leo’s in McCordsville a few times a week because I live and work nearby. Tim, Jason, and the whole crew are the kindest, most helpful, and friendliest staff around. Tim does a great job running the store and Jason’s team in the eatery is fantastic. The food is great, but the people at this Leo’s are the very best!

Leo’s Market & Eatery is always a staple for the morning and/or lunchtime. They offer a small market of gas station snacks and drinks. They have a variety of flavored syrups for coffee, ice cream machines, slushes and sodas. They also offer premade meals and healthier cuisines. Their build-your-own counter allows you to make breakfast bowls or lunch bowls, with the option of having soup on the side. Kolaches and pastries are the BEST! Amazing hospitality and service.

My husband and I enjoy making this one of our morning stops every weekend before running errands. The food is amazing…yes from a gas station! And…the employees are always cheerful and more than willing to help with whatever is needed. When our family comes up to visit, they always want to make a stop at Leo’s!!

The staff is always fast, helpful, and kind. Store is clean! Store always seems to have good stock on the items I go for. The tobacco is a decent price also. This is my favorite Leo’s!

Staff is amazing and Tim always knows my order! The team really works together and gives excellent service and that is hard to come by today!

Hands down the cleanest convenience store in the greater Indianapolis area. I deliver all over the area and the restrooms at Leo's are pristine. Love their coffee and breakfast kolaches!

Build your own salad, spud. Readymade sandwiches, meat dishes and salads. Good variety of soft drinks, teas, icy drinks. Great place for Breakfast to lunch or snacks. Clean eating area. And outdoor seating.

My family and I love this place. The staff is so very friendly, the facility is clean and the food quality is excellent. We typically use the drive thru in the back and find it to be a huge help since we have multiple small children.

More specifically - We want to brag on Michael. We see him multiple times a week and look forward to our interactions. He has developed a connection with my 3 year old and they have an understanding at the drive thru window. He knows her order by heart (pinky slushie and a bag of Red chips) and makes sure to come and say hi to her even if he isn't the staff member who is helping us.
Even though when we "go see Michael" she makes out with a bunch of goodies - She honestly just loves to go see her friend at the window.

We thank this Leo's for their hard work and taking the time to make the personal connection with their customers that more often gets lost in the daily hustle.

The Guntles

The staff is always friendly, attentive and they make great biscuits and gravy. Why would I recommend gas station B&Gs? Cuz it’s a scratch kitchen inside that gas station. Literally the best B&Gs I’ve had.

The facility in McCordsville is beautiful, clean, and well lit too.

So nice to have a Leo's Market in town! An upgrade to a typical gas station. The teens in our area really enjoy hanging out there when the weather is nice (slushies and plenty of hot food!). Staff seems to be okay with them doing this which is always nice! One of my child's friends got injured (not the store's fault - she took a hit to the nose from a bag her friend was swinging) and it resulted in a very bad nosebleed. The staff took care of them and helped them clean up the mess as I was on my way. Very much appreciated!

Tim, Lori, and all of the staff at Leo’s are truly a delight every morning. They are very helpful, kind, and most importantly selfless.

I love the employees, they are so welcoming and the manager Tim is the bomb!!! He sings, always smiling, interacting with the customers, just awesome!!!

I live by the Greenfield one and I'm glad to see this one is just as great. If anything maybe a little better bc their spinach cream cheese kolache has a bit more filling at this one. I also enjoy that they have a family restroom for parents with little ones or for those who don't fit in the gender binary to have a safe place to use the restroom. Always clean and nice people with quick service.

Great service and food every time I've been in! Love the addition to Mccordsville. Wide variety of options from behind the counter, whether you're going in for breakfast, lunch, or a snack. Each month features a limited stuffed and traditional kolache, smoothie, and other great things to try. I also love the shop local products featured throughout. While they do sell gas, Leo's definitely lives up to 'market and eatery' in every aspect with a great atmosphere rather than a gas station someone may expect!

Leo’s is down the street from my house and I’m there 3-4 times per week. Earlier this week, there was a disgruntled patron who was being very rude and unpleasant towards Leo’s employees. I believe she was upset about not being able to save $0.04/per gallon on gas with her fuel points. I shook my head in disbelief. If you have a 20 gallon tank you are only saving $0.80. When I got home, I realized I forgot to grab ice. I had to go back into Leo’s- about 20 minutes after my first visit, and the lady was STILL THERE complaining. The 2 gentlemen employed by Leo’s who were helping her were top notch associates for having to deal with that. They handled the situation with grace and compassion. I would have lost my cool about 15 minutes in. They delt with her for over 45 minutes…. For the lady to save a total of $0.80. They are saints.

WOW WOW WOW!! We are travelling from out of state and stopped by last night and again this morning for breakfast! This market/eatery is truly in class of its own! We even picked up wine & flowers for a friend! Staff was super friendly and the bathrooms were super clean! Talk about one stop shop!! Well done LEOS!!!

Fresh food. Attentive and pleasant staff. Lots of variety in the salad/potato bar.

Great staff and service. Good food very efficient people working registers. It’s clean and easy to get in and out. Leo’s is the best!!!
