Dillon and Cory are great workers. Both worked with me for around an hour with an issue I had, and while doing so, both were polite and professional while they helped me work through the problem. Sadly, the problem persisted, so they recommended I come back later when the customer service line was open, as it was down, so that they could better help me. Upon coming back, I met the DM for this location, Heath. Neither Dillon nor Cory were present, but Heath heard my concern, got caught up on the situation, and helped me work through the issue. This store and workers are great and have shown themselves to go above and beyond.

Review of this store, NOT T-Mobile corporate. The employees at THIS location are very helpful and have been instrumental in keeping me as a customer. T-Mobile corporate customer service is lacking & unconcerned about loosing customers. T-Mobile, if you are reading this the employees & management in Martinsville need to be commended, you need to be corrected and instructed.

This location is a fantastic store with great employees and a great atmosphere. They are knowledgeable and very helpful. The new manager, Crystal, is stellar and extremely personable. I would recommend anyone looking for new service to come check out T-Mobile!

Aaron helped us today upgrade a line and I was very impressed with his customer service! He was so helpful and kind. I will make the drive just to get great customer service now!! Aaron seriously needs a bonus.

This place is the bomb. Like straight up, I was just looking to figure out which phone service was the best and the people and staff here were so helpful and had the best prices. I’m so glad they put one in Martinsville as well, way better than Cricket!
