I have known Windhorst for 7 years. I bought a used refrigerator and a used washer from them. Very reasonable prices. After 5 years, the refrigerator needed repair. They came and installed a switch that was faulty the same day! Also the washer needed a support piece replaced and it was done properly the next day. Great service with a smile and support with friendly people.

Went to Windhorst to look for a washer because mine had quit working. I was met with a smile and fast, friendly service. I found a gently used top load washer with an already good price and it was a little outside of my budget but they worked with me to come to a price I could afford. They were even able to deliver the same day and take away my old one. I will definitely be going back to Windhorst for future purchases on any appliances I may need!😊

Purchased a used set of washer and dryer. When delivered the dryer did not work and they fixed it the same day. About 3 months later the washer broke down, I explained to the staff and they discounted $150 towards the purchase of a new machine. I never expected such great treatment but am so thankful. Wonderful staff immediate results. No reason for me to shop elsewhere. They’ve made me a loyal customer, not by price but by value and service.

I couldn’t be happier with Windhorst! Sarah literally goes above and beyond to do whatever she can to help the customers. She is so thoughtful and always has a smile on her face. I would recommend 100x!!!
