Walmart Supercenter

The store wasn't crowded, which was wonderful for me, because I had been working at my storage unit all day. I was tired, cranky and I'm pretty sure I smelled like a goat...🤣
The clerks at the self check out were so helpful and friendly it made the experience a whole lot better than what I was expecting!

Heather was very pleasant and efficient at checking me out - even helped when my card wasn't working well right away. You can tell she appreciates her job and working with people.

Lost r truck keys there while shopping. Customer turned them in at service desk. Thanks to honest & considerate people. Had to return some items while we were on vacation & lost receipt, but they exchanged or refunded promptly.

What a pleasure it was to have Chuck help us in the auto service center. Chuck went above and beyond the call and was very helpful. He resolved our issue completely. I actually left my driver’s license there. He quickly googled me to find my number and called me immediately. In a world where Customer Service is lacking, it’s good to know that there are people like Chuck. He’s a great asset to Walmart!

My husband and I found out the gender of our baby on a Saturday morning. That same Saturday afternoon we wanted to surprise his mom and dad with the announcement but weren’t sure how to. We made it to the Walmart bakery where they need a 24 hour notice before making custom cakes. Which makes sense, I didn’t think about it and wasn’t upset that they weren’t going to be able to do it. Then the lady said one second, walked in the back and showed us what she and her coworker could do for us if we could just come back in 15 minutes. I told her they didn’t have to, but she insisted. We walked around the store and returned to the bakery and 15 minutes later they created this cute little gender reveal cake for us. It meant so much to me, they were able to take what little time they had, without notice, to create such a special memory for my family and I. 💕

Vivian, front end clerk, was so very helpful to me when I was checking out and mentioned I couldn't find an item. She looked it up and went to get it for me.

Usually find what I need fast lines are short too friendly greeters

As they say back home in Arkansas, if Walmart ain't got it you don't need it! I frequently go to this store and have never been disappointed. I understand our economy is out of wack, higher prices is not the stores fault, or the employees! I always find friendly service, quality products, and prices you can't beat anywhere in town. The automotive department is especially accommodating, going out of their way to help me. Yes, Walmart is not what it used to be, but WHAT is now days?

Staff for me has always been helpful, they don't seem aggravated when I need help finding something. The chatter i over hear amongst employees is friendly and work related. Seems like a good work atmosphere. Folks still seem exhausted though. Over all a seemingly easy place to shop.

Friendly associates and very clean. They've been really good about helping find things or assisting in loading heavy stuff. This is my preferred store in the area.

This store is better stocked than most. It has always been clean, and the restrooms don't smell bad. They don't have as much variety as the metro stores do you, but they have what you need and there is a Subway inside.

I love to go there but I think they need people who work there to be friendly to people. I love the self check out but everytime i do they stand right by me and watch me and say nothing. Next time it happens I will say something to them

Love this store workers are awesome

I had dropped my glasses and my husband accidentally stepped on them. We tried to fix them but couldn't. Stacia at walmart's eye center was very helpful. She had my glasses fixed in no time at all and at no charge! Made our last day of vacation a little less stressful.

This entire store was completely neat and clean. Isles where wide enough which made it easier to find all the items I wanted it. The Staff that I encountered were super friendly and nice. Specially the crew that works on curbside pickup. They were right on point with customer service and smiling. Which kinda of makes you feel better when having a not so good day.

Had my car serviced. Very satisfied
