Tops Friendly Markets

Today I had the pleasure of being served by a lovely young lady named Kendall. She was super friendly and had a beautiful beaming smile. Plus she managed to get all of our groceries into a tiny bag!

We had a little banter at the till and she mentioned that she liked the colour of my Hijab (Muslim head covering). I was absolutely flabbergasted that Kendall actually knew what it was called and instantly she made me feel welcome (which is not how I usually feel).

I am actually lost for words but I have the biggest smile on my face.

If management are reading this review then give the girl a pay rise because she is definitely a merit to Tops and deserves it.

Just a note to say Kendall was friendly and welcoming to all the customers not just me. Looking forward to seeing Kendall again.

Local grocery store prices are a little higher than Wegmans or Walmart mostly. Just for convenience, people are friendly, typically very clean

It's nice for a small grocery store. Clean and good prices on certain items. Great prices if you use coupons. It doesn't have the selection of a large grocery store, but great for everyday items especially if you ran out of something and you don't want to travel 20 minutes to a superstore.

My husband and I have been shopping at the Hilton, NY Tops. It started out as part of another grocery chain which has always kept a family like store that put the accent on customer service, superior meats, produce baked goods as well as their deli. In addition, they also treat cleanliness as a must. When Tops came to Hilton we were concerned that all of those things might have been compromised. Much to our pleasure Tops Hilton have kept all of the original attributes we were concerned might change.

Should you find yourself taking a trip to the Hilton Tops, be sure to partake in their (best ever in my opinion) the "Hilton" beer battered fish fry, outstanding subs, salads, and desserts on hand. You will be so very glad you did.

Without question, the Hilton Tops is well worth a visit. You will find yourself making it a regular stop on your busy life!

I go to the Hilton tops every 2 weeks,when I take my mom,I love the fact that they never lost there friendly laid back attitude,(from when they were big m)i haven't met a single employee that isn't friendly, polite,and helpful, and the store is immaculate, and very well stocked.
I only shop at this tops,it's small quaint, and has a small town feel

The store was well stocked,neat and clean. Staff are helpful and friendly. Just moved to the area and happy to have a nice spot like this to shop.

It's a nice store, however the prices are very much higher than other stores around here. The people that work there are very helpful.

Cute little store that had just what I was looking for. It was clean and employees were friendly.

Tops is always a fun time hot wheels hunting and get my coffee and cheese burger cake

Just had my first visit to this Tops store. This is the cleanest and most organized grocery store I have ever been in! This was not a huge mega place, but small, quaint, cosy store that just made you feel comfortable and at home!

I am used to shopping at Wegmans penfield so this tops is quite small compared to my old store. I like not having to walk as far to get the stuff I need. The selection is smaller but they have everything you need. I am finding that the prices are a bit higher but I am super impressed with the produce section. the cashiers are friendly and really nice. Altogether a great store

your grades are great keep up your freshness I loved it I loved my Virginia ham but the Canadian Dan's good too I had to learn Swiss you guys got rid of that I tried your other Swiss as long as it's then it's awesome I like the extra sharp I just bought an extra shirt myself in the cube you know and I'll be back in December for Christmas Merry Christmas Happy Thanksgiving to you later happy New Year love you guys got great people I miss Beverly Crandle but she'll be back I know her well

I've never had any issues here. It's Tops so prices are average for the area and not bad at all. They are also open 24 hours so it's rather convenient. No gas station though.

If you want to shave $100 off a normally $250 Wegmans grocery shopping bill, I highly recommend this Tops. Clean, simple, no fuss
