I am over the moon with the quality of service I received on my recent visit. As soon as I walked in the store, I was greeted promptly and warmly by the staff. I was inquiring about the latest iPhone and the young gentleman named Jason was wonderful and answered all of my most trivial questions and was very patient with me. It's such a great feeling as an older gentleman that our future leaders are so accommodating to us old farts (LOL). I would highly recommend this store to any friends or family or community members in the market for a new phone or plan. I appreciate the attention to detail I was provided upon my visit and wish everyone well in 2024.

Mr. Banton (Manager) was so kind. I am not really sure if I already put a positive review from before but this is a very, very friendly T-Mobile. And shout out to Miss Ada for helping me set up my tablet.

This is a popular T-Mobile so sometimes they might be out of an item. This store can actually assist you where you can get the item that you really want from another T-Mobile. Or you can have it shipped to the store?

Brigham was awsome!! He explain everything and help us very much with all our needs with our new service and phones!!! Very happy with all his help!!

Dylan was so helpful to my sister & I. We were very impressed with his customer care. We wish every customer service person could be like him. He was so positive, friendly, and helpful. We were switching phones & one was locked. He walked us through all the steps patiently. He made me glad to be with T-Mobile. Thanks again!

Coby is AWESOME!! He helped me get switched over from another carrier and the computer system didn't want to cooperate very well. He kept his cool and was very kind and understanding.

Great place. I always have great service in this store and they don’t try and force things on you. They just lay out the plan and break it down for you and show you what you’re paying for and it’s really nice.

I was looking for a new phone plan recently and I went to several t mobile and Verizon stores. When I got here they were so helpful, friendly and they really made me the priority. We got everything sorted out that day. When there were some complications they pulled strings to make transferring easier. They were nice about trade ins, deals, and all my questions without pushing anything onto me. When I had a issue weeks later I went to another store closer to my work, they couldn’t help me so I went back here and it was not even an inconvenience to them. Their manager was great but I worked with Kolby who was extremely helpful and great to work with.

Will was an extremely helpful, knowledgeable and personable employee. Keep him. He’s great!

Will was very very helpful with getting to the bottom of my phone problems. He also explained everything very clearly so I could understand. So you should give will a promotion.

I went into this location on September 10th to change my phone and the associate Jacob helped me. Getting the issue resolved took up a lot of time but Jacob was very professional, kind and patient. He was great at listening to my needs and explaining what needed to be done to fix my issue. He resolved any problems I had and the encounter was enjoyable and personable. I was very impressed with this employee and wish for his continued success in the future.

Look, I’m not one to leave reviews very often, but one of their reps Tanner spent 4 and a half hours trying to get my family and I into our new phones. He was patient, kind, and a definition of a stand up employee. They were very busy and there were a couple customers that became very impatient and treated the rest of the staff very rudely, but all of them were patient and spoke kindly. It was refreshing to see them work so hard. Thank you T-Mobile Woods Cross! Hats off to the staff!
