Stopped at 7am to fuel up. Pump screen froze and wouldn't let me advance. Went inside to seek help and the older gal behind the counter had the worst customer service ever! Extremely rude, treated me like I was incompetent; when in fact the machine was frozen then. Will not support this location ever again if they allow their team to treat the loyal customer base this way. How very disappointing for the small town I live in and completely unprofessional!

I am a loyal BP customer and appreciate the fuel discounts, but the loyalty program doesn't work at this station. Today, two of the pumps wouldn't even accept a credit so I had to keep moving the car.

I agree 100% with the two reviews below. The first time I visited this location what's a couple weeks ago around 6 a.m. and the woman behind the counter was absolutely rude. I simply tried striking up small conversation in regards to the breakfast sandwich being purchased and she just nonchalantly brush the conversation off without saying anything back to me and looked at me almost as if she was looking down at me as a person. I assumed she was having a rough day so I left it at that. The second time I visited this location was just a couple of days ago. This time there was a customer in front of me and I was able to see that she appeared to have a much better attitude at least while conversating with this gentleman. After he had purchased what he needed and walked away I stepped up and again displayed the upmost respect and talk to her very kindly just for her to kind of stick her nose in the air not saying a single word back to me.

Needless to say I will not be back. Just moments ago I arrived at the intersection where this location is. I decided it wasn't worth my time or money to stop here for something to eat. An hour into my two hour morning commute I'd rather drive an additional 30 minutes while hungry to another location where they smile and greet their customers because her attitude and lack of true customer service was not something I was willing to put up with yet again.

My comment to her would be:
If your profession is customer service maybe you should practice customer service. If you're having a rough day remember there's always someone out there that has it worse than you. A simple smile in a world full of hate goes a long way. Matter of fact that same smile could put such a positive impression on someone to where they smile back or say or do something that actually reverses your shity attitude and actually brightens your own day. Your disrespect and rude attitude was displayed to an innocent person for no reason and it's absolutely disgusting and infectious. What I wanted to do was give you a taste of your own medicine. There were plenty of things rattling around in my brain that I could have said that would have destroyed you as a human being, and trust me I wanted to, I decided not to humiliate you in front of everyone..as I felt compelled to show you Mercy you didn't deserve and respect you never gave me. As an Air Force veteran deployed to two different Wars and multiple locations.. to come home and be disrespected for no reason knowing that I fought for your freedom to treat me like trash.. was a spit in my face. You have forever lost my business and I hope this review deters a lot more people from doing business with at your location.. maybe then you'll realize that your customers are paying patrons that keep your business alive and you employed.

I stooped in here on 11/9/20 to get a drink before being live loaded in Warsaw. There was a dump truck in the intersection broke down due to a broken axle. The old lady behind the counter was complaining about how they were pulling it in the parking lot and how there was other trucks in the parking lot for more than a few days and then I made the remark that that’s what overloading does to a truck gets you and she wanted to argue back that that wasn’t the case in a rude manner needless to say I will never be back to this place and it’s overpriced.

To who ever owns this places you need to fire her or you won’t have a business and everyone else leaving reviews on here say the same thing. SHE RUDE
