Went in to the store to get some information about upgrading our plans and phones. Megan and her staff are always so helpful and knowledgeable as well as making sure to get us set up with just what our family needs! I won’t go to any other Verizon store because the service you receive here is one of a kind! We left with new phones and better plans! Thank you!

The owner of Wireless Zone in Middlebury is always great to see when I visit the store. Not only is she very knowledgeable about the devices but her personality is super friendly. She always explains everything and is very efficient. When I take my kids with me she never makes me feel like they are a hassle to have touching all of her phones and talking to her. I feel comfortable asking questions and know she will find the best deal as well as explain my bill so I can understand it. I will never go to another store for my cellphone needs. She always projects the small town, know your customer experience each and every time I go there.
