Walgreens

The DeMotte pharmacy has been so good to me. I was ready to give up on Walgreens after so many awful experiences at other locations. This one is so great! I pulled up at 7:00 (closing time) and they had no issue helping me AND another customer behind me. This is just one example of the amazing customer service they're providing!

The pharmacy tech, Amber, was super friendly and helpful. She found another Walgreens that had my daughter's prescription and called me back like she said she would. I am so appreciative for this. Thank you, Amber!

Wow! What great customer service! I am immensely pleased every time I go in by everyone's available, friendly attitude. They also have a rather multifarious array of goods for sale. Many an occasion has this particular Walgreens saved me from my own last-minute tendencies. Keep up the good work! ><>

The pharmacist named “Shannon“ was an absolutely wonderful lady who is kind and helpful. Really thankful for her joy which brightened our day.

these guys are amazing. i go in there all the time to get candy because they have great prices and sales on candy. always enjoy my experience at Walgreens.

Got what I needed

It's a drug store there all the same

Pathetic. First and last visit. Pharmacy auto phoned to say prescription would not be ready at stated time and that we would receive a call when it was ready. Then they closed! No call. No meds for sick husband. Store Manager told me it was I didn't call with insurance info. It doesn't work that way, Walgreens. Took 25 minutes for anyone to apologize for the problem. Final insult: As I left, the store manager uttered Have a Nice Day. Safe words that really are a passive aggressive flip off. Taking my business elsewhere.
