Goodwill - Winter Park Boutique

I recently had the opportunity to visit the Goodwill Boutique located in Winter Park, and as an avid collector and thrifter, I wanted to share my thoughts and review of this particular store. First and foremost, the overall ambiance of the boutique was quite impressive. The layout was well-organized, with neatly arranged racks and sections for different types of items such as clothing, accessories, and home goods. It felt more like a high-end consignment store rather than a traditional thrift shop, which definitely heightened the shopping experience. When it came to the selection of items, I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. The home goods section was also well-stocked with a diverse range of items, from small decor pieces to larger furniture items. One aspect that stood out to me was the pricing. I found the boutique prices to be slightly higher than a regular Goodwill store. However, considering the more curated selection and better overall quality of items, I felt that the slight increase in price was justified. Another positive aspect was the staff's friendliness and helpfulness. They were readily available to assist customers and answer any questions. It created a welcoming atmosphere and made the shopping experience even more enjoyable. In terms of improvements. Overall, my experience at the Goodwill Boutique in Winter Park was great.

place is clean. Most of the clothes are branded and neat to look at. You can find pair of shoes that was rarely used at all by looking at the sole of the shoes. Parking is on either side of the store.

The selection of women's clothes were quite impressive. The store was clean and staff very friendly. Would highly recommend if looking for elegant prom dresses, bridal dresses, or special occasion outfits.
Men selection for clothes very sparse and did not have much selection however. But a variety of mens shoes were available.

Smaller than most Goodwill stores and focuses mostly on clothes.
I found some brand new shoes that fit as well as a few very nice jackets.
Staff was busy yet still friendly. The store was relatively clean and did not feel cluttered

I always enjoy visiting the Winter Park GW location. The staff there is great! A big thank you to Andre who's always polite and helpful. He provides great customer service and makes you feel welcome! I always end up spending more than I wanted, because he's the best cheerleader & sales rep. Thank you Andre!! See you soon!

When I witness something exceptional, I can’t leave it unnoticed. Today, I stopped at the store and I was lucky to be helped by a star and I really mean it. His name is Andre. He is a wonderful person. Very humble, polite and helpful. He went above and beyond and not just with me. Every customer in the store was happy and left with a smile on their face. This is how customer service should be. Way to go. I hope you get a raise or you are promoted just for being who you are. Thank you. You really made my day.

Prices are higher than my area, but excellent quality. Hugh store, lots of staff constantly putting out products. Pleased

Had an amazing experience. Very clean and most items were new with tags. Bought my wedding dress in immaculate condition for $175! I’m so happy. Also the nicest employees I’ve ever experienced at a Goodwill. Thank you!!

Today I bought a beautiful dresser and mirror (only $60!!) and Vesna helped me tremendously loading it into my car. She went above and beyond and honestly restored my faith in the kindness of humanity. Thank you so much Vesna!! Somebody give her a raise!!

Lots of interesting items here for such a tiny location. More high quality stuff than you would normally find at Goodwill. There are dressing rooms that are in operation, which is a plus. The staff is friendly and helpful even when very busy. Masks are not required, currently.

I absolutely love this location. They always have brand new designee clothing tags and all. The staff is amazing and goes above and beyond to make sure the experience is always a good one. They helped me sign up for rewards and told me all the best days to shop

Nice clothes selection, nice help.

The employees are always kind and accommodating. The selection at this Goodwill never ceases to amaze me. This is my favourite to go to because of all the bougie Winter Park donate their designer, name-band, items and you get them for dirt cheap. Definitely a steal! I always recommend this Goodwill!

This boutique is top notch! They have items at a great price, excellent customer service and a great location! I enjoyed the 'Galentines Day' event they hosted back in February, and look forward to the day of the next event! Specifically, I'd like to share how the staff goes above and beyond - Stephanie and the team were so kind to me regarding an accidental donation (so I thought) that I later recovered. Long story short, Stephanie went out of her way to track down the items as described and kept in communication with me on status and next steps. I'm grateful the search was short lived as I ended up finding them, but the efforts she put forth for a complete stranger is the service that will stick with me when making purchasing decisions, and wanting to continue to support GoodWill! THANK YOU for being the best of the best!

I'm not joking or exaggerating when I say every 3rd to 4th item on the rack I go through I will try on and buy 3/4 of the pile of clothes and shoes filling the cart completely full. And I can because the prices are the best especially for the brand names I'm getting. LOVE WINTER PARK GOODWILL. Went there today actually

I love this Goodwill boutique! Make it bigger! In Arizona, we have Redesign by Goodwill and the carry higher end Goodwill donations including furniture & housewares just no clothes and they also have new furniture. This boutique is the closest I've found to that AZ store and I love it!
Prices are a tad high...it's Goodwill folks not a high end store that sells brand new products. It's donations...goal is to help people not line your pockets!

Excellent location. Lots of higher end items with tags still on. Very reasonable prices! Friendly staff, clean and organized store. Any thrifter would love it here!
