Store had exactly what I needed and a very patient cashier helped me use my coupon when my cellphone wasn't cooperating! Wonderful store and employee!

Love Michael's because they have so many interesting things to see and decorations for every season! It just makes you happy to look around! There's so much potential to make something you've never tried to make. It's inspiring.

On Sundays they have free classes. Crafts for the kids. Check their website for days and details.

I am a huge fan of Micheals. This store location in Fairfield is the absolute best because of its friendly knowledgeable staff and good variety of supplies. I look forward to coming to this store.

This store had everything I needed in the colors I wanted, felt and beads. I was assisted by a very helpful associate who showed me where the felt was located and the store was clean and orderly with lots of associates on the floor able to help.

Michaels is the best store for all your crafts and hobby needs! I love the idea that you can use coupons, getting them on the app or on the Internet is so easy and BREEZE. I love shopping at Michaels. Nothing else compares!

Love the fall season at Michael's. Employees are helpful and store is clean and organized. The only problem was only 2 registers open and really long line.

I would first like to start out saying this is my first review ever. I felt the need to write this due to the wonderful experience I had at the store with a manager named Danielle. I needed 4 posters professionally matted and framed. Danielle was professional and had great advice and was very friendly. She was enthusiastic about this job and it showed in the end. The outcome was incredible. My posters are now professionally framed and now hanging in my living room. Thank you very much Danielle!

This store always has what I need. The employees are helpful, knowledgeable and good natured. I can't remember his name but the last cashier who helped me was so patient about me forgetting my number for points or whatever. He even offered to put in a number for me 🤣 anyway the only thing is I wish they had the larger tubes of beads like Hobby Lobby has. The tubes are significantly smaller and cost more. So youre getting less beads for more money. Also the beads that are on the string (Bead Landing) are between 4.99-9.99 and you just get a handful of beads on a string. It's just a bit much for not very much material. For me, I need more bang for my buck because Im always cranking out large quantities of bracelets. But I love this store so I just use coupons from retail me not app and/or the in store coupons and I'm good 👍🏽

Michaels has decent prices, and an excellent selection across many crafting hobbies.

The staff are helpful and friendly and will offer advice on your projects if you ask.

Great customer service, i had a few questions and the girl that was there was very helpful. They seem to be a bit short staffed however, because I only saw two people throughout the store as I shopped. There was also a bit of a wait for checkout.

A smallish store with an odd layout and different products than what I'm used to. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, mostly well organized, and unlike some locations their flyers still have the coupons in them.

Large parking lot and easy to see if you're driving around the mall.

Amazing place for crafters of any kind! I usually buy my planner stuff here but I recently starting crocheting and they have AWESOME prices for the spring sale. The cashiers are always friendly to me even when returning items and all that extra headache with making sure I have all my coupons added correctly!(:

I love looking through this place! Just found some good clearance items, so I'm happy! Wish there were more sales more often. Buy one get one free is my favorite!

Employees were so helpful in helping me find the best matching yarn so I can complete a Throw blanket.
And it was the last day of the sale. So I saved$$ too.

Always a great experience at Michael's! There isn't too many down sides they have all of the supplies you'll ever need including disposable air brush kits.
Only down side I would say is it is a tad expensive but you pay for quality!

Michael's is my all time favorite store since I love crafty stuff! I love the monthly discounts and every day coupons on their website! I've sent thousands hundreds of dollars at Michael's if not thousands throughout the year's!

God I love this store . That is why I can't go very often . If I did I'd be so broke all the time. So many beautiful paints and ribbons and everything a crafter could dream of
