Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

This was my second visit to this store and the service was amazing. I do not live remotely close to this Hammond location, but for the service it's worth the travel. The offers and free consultation with the interior designer was a win for me, being a homeowner we require quality, patience, as well as knowledge, and that's just what I received. My initial visit was with two young ladies and I regret not getting their names those ladies are the one who made me a customer and Luis sealed the deal. The service at this location is outstanding, and the manager Martin was very helpful as well, the entire team is a pleasure to work with and I look forward to my next visit because I will need to purchase more products very soon. Having trouble painting ceramic tile walls in bathroom couldn't get a straight answer from any big box store. I called Sherwin Williams store on Indianapolis Blvd in Hammond told an employee named Martin the problem he was a VERY big help he suggested Sherwin Williams emerald what a game changer. I walked into the Sherwin-Williams Paint Store in Hammond, IN on a lazy Saturday morning, knowing that I'd be buying gallons of the finest paint made anywhere. Unknown to me, I'd also be meeting Jerald, a store associate whom I believe typifies the excellence that S-W fosters in its team members.

Jerald is a smart, personable professional who was fully-invested in meeting my decorating visions. He was not there just to consume floor space & oxygen. He has renewed my faith in our younger workforce.

I left the store with my purchased paints & a smile on my face. What a way to start my weekend!

I'm a painting contractor and use Sherwin-Williams almost exclusively( unless a client chooses a different paint, usually Benjamin Moore). I've never had a negative experience here. I would highly recommend them.

The older gentleman was very professional and very knowledgeable. Even tho they couldn't help me out with the paint I needed. He definitely pointed me in the right direction.

The paint is like a protective coating. It spreads evenly. At the Indianapolis Blvd store Dan is very knowledgeable, courteous and professional.
