They took out my old battery replace the new one in we're very helpful

Just went into orielys auto parts on Augusta Rd. Piedmont, SC. I bought some carb and choke cleaner and abrasive pads for my air buzz wheel, Matt and Myles done me excellent customer service. They went in the back I found me 12 cans of cleaner and even put it in a box because they had to actually get me 12 cans off the shelf even helped me find the the right abrasive pads I needed very respectfully and professional. Definitely will be coming back

The staff is always friendly and funny and helpful they have a pretty good variety of parts a lot of different name brands

Neandrea (sorry if I misspelled that) and Drew provided some of the greatest customer service I've EVER experienced. I am an O'Reilly fan boy now thanks to those two. You'll have my business as long as you keep people like them at your stores.

Stephanie is AWESOME!! She was able to look up a purchase for brake pads that we bought here over a year ago BEFORE we moved out of state. The local store couldn't find them but she saved the day, thanks Stephanie!

There are a few workers here who have decent experience with cars and will be able to answer your questions. During Covid-19 they are not allowed to assist with maintenance that requires them to enter your vehicle. Those I have encountered are kind and helpful people, even changing my battery in the rain.

Nice place to go when u need a Part for your vehicle

O'Reilly's came through when Auto Zone and Advance could not.
