CARLOS SULLIVAN is keeping teacher lady SAFE and on the road to a conference at Myrtle Beach. My little reliable Ford Fusion, Grady, is his name, crunk up coughing this morning. We needed a new battery and Carlos was an absolute SUPERHERO! Oh by the way, JT, is the nicest man you ever want to meet. Cmon down and let these guys take care of you.

The store had everything we needed to tune up a 2001 Chevy S10 tip-to-tail.

It's a busy location but helpful staff. They seem too busy at times but try to help everyone as quickly as possible. Some employees go the extra mile if they have the time. I understand they can't help everyone & dealing with vehicle issues some customers expect them to be experts & not only sell them our parts but install them too. I work on my own car but watching a customer get upset with the employee because they couldn't install his wipers because he was the only employee in the store at the time with 5 more customers & the phones ringing..some people dont understand these are Do It Yourself stores, if you're a grown man & expect them to install your headlight or wipers you Sir need to burn your man card...otherwise friendly staff & go the extra mile if they have the time.

My experience was awesome. The tech that worked with me was friendly, knowledgeable, and he installed my battery very quickly. I would definitely recommend and will be going back here if I have any other needs for my vehicle.

Always find what I need at at least one of the many stores close by. Normally can save a few bucks when you buy online with a coupon and choose instore pickup.

Sharon the manager is knowledgeable, friendly and the guys working for her seem to respect her and are friendly as well. Definitely helps to have customer service that is friendly and knowledgeable., helps put a great face to your business.

Excellent place!! 5 stars if your a woman Sharon will teach you stuff you never knew about your car. All of the staff is great and if they dont have it they will find it for you! Store has really came along way!

Excellent service! Even though my rear windshield wiper was so old it would not come off, they worked diligently until they were able to get the job done! Highly recommend this location and Sharon the manager!

I'm a black man and have never experienced any tape of racism in this store. They have in my opinion one of the greatest Cruz's in this area. One of there leaders Mr. JAMES is a PRO. IN ALL AREA'S OF THE SERVICE. POP BRUCE

I went to Advance Auto to pick up a UPS package. This store is a drop off and pick up location for UPS. The service was friendly there was no waiting I picked up my package and was on my way in five minutes.

Good service as usual!! Really comes down to the staff in this case... They have really helpful folks working in here. The shop is as good as expected.

Found what I came in for, staff was very friendly as usual. I like this location's staff better than Lauren's Rd.

When you go into places like Advance getting your part or parts for your vehickle is a must.
