I hate the fact that she opens the shop after 9am even though it’s 9am posted on her door. Besides that, I just love love this beauty supply store. Lots and lots of hair to choose from as well as hair products. Great customer service.

@lc You brought in hair that you put mulitple chemcials in and had the sewing thread in it and expected a full refund. You were the first customer that had ever complained about that hair when we have sold it for many years. I'm sorry that it didn't work out for you and your customers but however you brought in hair that has been put into someones head with multiple chemcials in it and expect a refund of hair that we cannot resell.
