Hey I just wanted to thank Carla for giving me my second shot. You were so cool and comforting. I really felt at ease and you just glow with kindness.
Secondly, The gentleman who's name is Jesus. He was is a beam of light. Very kind and has incredible customer service skills. Its the roll over of just being a good human. He is being himself which is just awesome. Thanks bud you totally rock.

This is, by far, the friendliest and most professional CVS I've visited. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure I can locate my desired items, and every time I shop here I feel like I know each and every staff member personally. And Fran is an absolute gem, and her kindness and genuine care for her customers shines through.

The main floor staff always greet me when I arrive like the queen I am. They don't follow you around like you're going to steal something. Always helpful and kind. The pharmacists are knowledgeable and friendly. Darren (tall guy pharmacist for y'all who don't frequent this place like I do) is hilarious.
I seriously love the people who work here, they make you feel all cozy like.

This is by far the best pharmacy around ,when Darren Hartman is working. He makes the pharmacy run flawles.The floor staff is always nice and Fran makes it even better to shop here.I just found out on 7/6/21 that Darren has went to a competitor.hince this is an addin to my review. I will leave my opinion as 5 stars. Guess well see how long my review stays this way without Darren as your manager.

Your basic drugstore / a bunch of other stuff. We'll tear access parking bathrooms and decent people.

CVS on state road 10 in Demotte has a friendly staff, and the store is usually clean and organized.

Visited the pharmacy, they are always wonderful!

Sometimes it takes all day for them to get your prescription filled its crazy how long it can take. For example the app will say it would be done by 11 am but they won't get them done until 3 or later. It all depends on who is working. But upside 99 percent of the people that work there are the friendliest people you will ever meet!

They have friendly staff and Employees are always helpful and they have alot of my needs there for shopping for little things. But i would not recommend getting Covid tests here! i had to to get a covid test for for work , Online appointment services want every single detail of Medicare even if you dont have it they ask you questions about Medicare and can take a hour to get done and when you walk in to ask questions about help for booking the covid test appointment the pharmacy techs customer service is not helpful at all and it almost sounds like they are being rude when they are not being rude at all. Only thing they need to work on is some Customer Service. Otherwise CVS IS GREAT PLACE.

THIS LOCATION CHANGED LOTS OF EMPLOYEES LATELY AND I DON"T LIKE IT!!!! EACH TIME AT PHARMACY THEY IGNORE ME AND WAIT LONG NEW FRONT CASHIERS ARE NOT VERY GOOD EITHER. THEY NEED LESSONS IN GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
