McDonald's

I come to this McDonald's a lot, it's not always the best, however, I was very surprised this time at the service and the food. A gentleman that was taking orders advised me about some specials that was going on and I ended up saving a lot of money. He was very nice for doing that. Then, the man delivering the food to the cars that were parked and waiting for their food was working so hard. He was literally sprinting with peoples food to their cars and telling them what was in the bags and then to have a great day. I was very impressed! I wish I knew their names. These two men deserve some recognition because I know that they are working really hard and way above their paygrade.

I ordered two of the number two and one sausage McMuffin only. One of the number two did not have egg on the sandwich. This is not unusual that they screw up the order. One-fourth of the time they screw up the one way or another they do a lousy job. I've tried to talk to management and they tell me there with a customer and they don't have time to talk. I talked to one of one of the other customers and he said this place is going to hell. So it sounds like it's not just me.

Always use the drive-thru here and it’s never been a poor experience.

The place was clean and the staff were really friendly. I ordered an 2 apple pies after my meal for me and my stepdad and they were cold so that was kind of disappointing. Other than that, overall good experience and what I'd expect from a McDonald's.

Sooo much better since the renovation. It’s a very clean and comfortable atmosphere and it seems that the service and quality of food have improved greatly And the wait time is pretty much non existent. In and out in a matter of a couple minutes. I’m very pleased with the new building as it seems that the whole staff have a new sense of teamwork.

Everytime I've been through, it's been an easy passage. Always expected to wait as I get a quarter pounder (they have to make those when you order) and they suprised me with the order being ready by the time I got to the second window! Mind you, I typically go on off-times, as I pass through, but that was a nice surprise!

Used the bathroom only so I can't speak to the food. Bathroom was clean and updated. Would use again if I'm in the area. It's about as nice as McDonald's bathrooms can be. There's no lounge area in there but it's also not holes in the floor.

It was breakfast time, but my son wanted chicken nuggets. We explained to him they did not yet have chicken nuggets, but he could choose a breakfast item instead. With our order came chicken nuggets... especially made just for my two year old. Needless to say he was excited. Thank you for your great service and kindness.

They work so hard, and get paid so little. The few people that do still show up, need special recognition. The poor drive thru person fell asleep, for heaven's sake! She was exhausted.

This McDonald's is a lot better than Rochester Indiana. It was faster than mine. It's also cleaner since the last time I went to the one in Rochester. I got help to bring my food since I'm handicap and use a walker. Thanks to the young man. I go to it on my way to North Liberty.

The short blonde lady at the window took our order with a really nice attitude and then was really nice at the window as well and the food came fast and was good

Best crew ever, especially night shift! Raven and Theresa are outstanding workers!! The rest of the crew works just as hard. They get stuff done. The remodel is even better!

I just use the drive thru to get Mocha Freppes. Their app is worth downloading for sure.

Just stopped in for a quick snack and break from the road while traveling. Clean restaurant, easy to access from the highway. Located at a traffic light, so it's easy to get out and back underway again.

Sorry I don't know their names but they actually made you feel like they wanted to take your order and have your food prepared the way you wanted it... even though they probably really didn't care.. awesome

Very polite staff. Dining room is now open and they had someone cleaning each table. It was super clean.
