I've been to many UPS stores, and this is hands down the best one I've been to. It's super clean and convenient, but the best part is Evelyn! She's a rock star whose energy will brighten your day. Super helpful and she got me in and out quick and smooth. Stop by if you're into no attitude and positive vibes!

I love coming to this UPS store. Everyone here is so nice and very helpful! I usually always have ALOT to return to Amazon and they are so patient with me, which is why I like coming here. I always recommend my friends to come here to return their Amazon items or whatever else they need to do at ups. I will definitely be coming back here for many years to come.

Evelyn is such a very nice and super approachable lady. She actually approached me first! The store also appears new and very clean! My Amazon package return process went smooth. I did not have shipping packages with me anymore but Evelyn went beyond her duties to find me the right ones and made sure all documents are in place. I am from San Leandro but this is going to be my store of preference.

I had a perfect experience with packing and shipping. Dinner plates to a historical museum, a 45 record, fragile sports memorabilia, everything arrived safely and before the date promised. Couldn't be better, the recipient is very happy too!

I was a little worried when my normal UPS shop closed. But then in looking, I’d seen that they’d opened a new place not too far away from where I originally was going. I have been in there several times over the past few months and when I go in, the staff is always very friendly. Sometimes I have to wait and even then it’s not very long. I think when you could walk into a place and get a smile these days it says something about the business. I will continue to frequent that place as often as needed , sometimes a smile can make a big difference.
