High quality home delivery

If I could give ZERO stars I would. After requested them to stop in 3 times at my parents and them never showing I told them I would download the app and have the items delivered to my house. I selected the deliver day and time then paid in full. OVER $100.00. It was suppose to be delivered today. I got a text confirming it. It was a 3 hour delivery window. It is now 2 hours past the window and no sign of anyone. I have been waiting 5 hrs. I called the customer service number (which in itself is a joke) which stated if it is not delivered, wait for 24hrs for a reschedule email. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING???????? I will not be using them again and I liked the Schwan's name better.

Not sure what is going on with this company but they seem to be going downhill FAST! They are changing their name to "Yelloh"! I understand that prices are rising but they are getting way overpriced, and to top it off you can't get half the items you would like because of always being out of stock, and these are favorites to almost everyone. Also, now they stopped the rewards program, which i do not remember getting notified about, so i guess i "forfeited" my rewards. We put in an order for 8 items ($65.00)they only had 4. Not sure if i will order from them again.

Every time my regular delivery person goes on vacation or has time off, the replacement driver never delivers my PREPAID order. They charge me but do not deliver. They text me it is delivered but it is NOT! What kind of cr#p is this? They don't deliver, the substitute driver lies, and they still charge me for the order. I believe that is fraud and theft!
