AT&T Store

I was there yesterday to upgrade my phone and I just wanted to say I always enjoy coming to the location in the shores. Elias is always super helpful and patient. Goes through every step of any process throughly. They are always super nice and always in the best of moods. Thank you so much!

Mr. Graham went above and beyond. He exceeded my expectations by providing several options to our cellphone selection. He also expedited our cellular activation. After careful consideration I would highly recommend coming to this location and taking advantage of their great promotions and spectacular customer service. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. I will be back for additional promos.

Lee went above and beyond to help my dad and I out. He was extremely friendly and easy to work with. He explained everything really well to us and made sure that we were paying less than our last service. You’re the best lee we are going to send everyone to you!!!

Had a problem with our iPhone today and went to the Ocala Maricamp store for help. I was promptly greeted by Stephen ( store Manager), Matt and Elias ( sales Reps) to which they immediately begin with the troubleshooting. I was very impressed how all three worked together to keep us satisfied and comfortable to remedy the problem.I would definitely return to this store for all future purchases and service. Keep up the positive and friendly atmosphere!!!

Lee went above and beyond to help me with my Att account. My father doesn’t speak Spanish and he helped both of us and used whatever resources he needed to use to make sure I was good. Thank you for your help. The world needs more people like you. My dad is still ranting and raving about how great the service was!!!!
