Friendly & Attentive employees letting me know there are less expensive ways to ship. Offered help to bring in the several packages I had to ship, That means the most to me! Best UPS experience ever 👍🏻

I was in a panic trying to get there before the store closed. I was vaguely familiar with the area.
Found it. Street side facing store with big clear FedEx sign.

Abundant parking available+ handicap.

Walked in, no line, greeted the cashier, the package was scanned, handed the receipt, thanked the cashier, I got back a nice smile & have a good afternoon.
In & out under two minutes.

Great store, great location, great service!

The hardest thing for me was having enough will power for not stopping at one of the many restaurants within the shopping center.

Came to drop off some return packages, quick service and kind staff.

I have been a customer for 8 years and recommend this UPS store. I have leased a mailbox and have used the notary services without incident.
The store has very good communication skills when calling in to discuss the arrival of packages.

Usually fast service and Friendly. I usually go to drop off my return shipments. They make it easy. They’re the first I think of for any mailing or notary service because they’re easy. What can I say. I enjoy no fuss service. To the point, in and out.

Thumbs up for everyone who is working in this store now. This store is the most efficient store in Torrance. I don't need to wait in the line like 30 mins in other stores, and they are open on Sunday!!!!!!! I did so many notary there. They only charge 15$ for each signature, and other mobile notary charges 200 or more!!!!! You can just walk in for notary service, no appointment need!!! This place is awesome!!!!!!

This UPS location is awesome. I had the best experience, as far as my post office box. The employees were great

Fast, clean, and they taped my open box return for free! They even gave me a label pouch for my loose paper tracking number. Awesome service.

Great staff well mannered polite and courteous. There's always someone to woke you as you walk in. The wait time is minimal I was attended right away and the store looks very clean and organized. The people here are very friendly and eager to help.

Chris, the manager has been very helpful when I was out of the country for extended periods of time. We were able to continue service even without direct phone service.

This establishment is very helpful in all aspects of copying, Printing, mailing, faxing, and Shipping. I believe they have many more services as well. The staff is very helpful and always delightful to work with. This is where I go for all my needs.

I had my mailbox at this location store number 4158 for 5 years and 2 months even though management has changed throughout the years the store personality and their employees are awesome !!!! Thank you so much guys for your customer service and being very professional!!!!!

Wow, I have never met a UPS Store as patient, thoughtful, and caring as this one.

I drive 45 minutes just to come to this UPS store and it is totally worth it.

I love this particular UPS store. They never make me feel badly when I just drop off packages and don't buy anything.

In this location, the staff is always friendly and helpful. I recommed having a mail box here as they accept your packages as well.
