Absolutely wonderful staff. Ed store manager went above and beyond with assisting me return an item. I could not be more pleased with how well he handle the situation and was able to find a resolution to my request. Thank you so much. I greatly appreciate all the help provided.

I went to the staples in Howell just to do some pricing for a computer desk. I noticed it wasn't really anyone in the store besides a young man at the register and someone attending to a phone call. So I went up to the young man and asked for some assistance. He explained that they were short staffed and once the other individual finished up with the phone call he would have them cover him while he assists me. He came back to the computer section and went over the options with me got me the best price available for the desk and assisted me with options for a computer stand for my dual monitors because I explained I wanted them higher than the desk. He explained the importance of the protection plan and signed me up for the rewards program so I could receive the $30 on my next visit. Robert was the example of great customer service. Not only did he complete the sale he made me a happy and new Howell customer. Thanks Robert

Just went to staples today. I've been running around looking for a place where i could print a 2x2 picture. Went to 2 pharmacies near me and i was turned down. Went to staples in Howell and Dale was very nice to help me. I couldn't be more thankful since i really needed that picture today.

Awesome place, come here all the time,the selection for pens and pencils is incredible. The staff ia always kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. They know where everything is! The place is really clean and lit up, also has a bathroom if needed. You will almost always find what you are looking for, and if u dont u can order it on the kiosk with free delivery always! The tech associates always help with your tech questions, especially Kevin, he is really energetic and can usually put u in a great mood!

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Sam at the print and copy center at the Howell Staples. She is a true professional, she told me before she started what could happen and explained the process and procedures of what I needed done. I really enjoyed my time there. Thanks you Sam!

This copy center works so hard. The workers manage 3 different departments and help create special work's for the customers. They have always put forth best efforts for me, and their production has been superb. The reviews below are sad, and not entirely the whole truth... each job is different and requires a set amount of time. If you want a rush job ask, they will try and fit you in. As always best copy center in the district!

I was homeless again and I came here to just sit and hang out on a comfy office chair. They told me to leave after sitting there for an hour.

I went to staples to get some email and fax done, I could not do it.I ask a young man name Jeff to help me and he was terriffic.He has the patience of a Saint, his customer service skills were over the roof.He did not waist anytime after he got done helping me to go help someone else.His very knowledgeable, thanks Jeff I will continue to shop at the Howell staples because of your service.

Best copy center I have ever been too! The associates Rachel, Dani, and Kayla were such a tremendous help! That helped me with all of my complications (and it was a lot!) need more associates like them!

Just got back in and wanted to post this - had a small incident wherein printing a set of stickers went wrong and I had to return to the store

The clerk was very kind and helped me completely reprint them, no extra cost and even apologized. He was an incredibly helpful and curteous guy, and I really reccomend this location if youre doing custom printing work

Had a hard time getting pictures to print from home went to three places finally went to Staples in Howell Valerie was very helpful especially when I don't know what I am doing I asked for help she took my phone and magic ten minutes later l left with awesome pictures great people skills thanks .

Good store however Staples is usually expensive. You will almost always find a better price on Amazon on they will match it as long as it's sold by Amazon themselves and not a third party seller!!

Called today to find ink I have been looking for awhile. Amit was kind enough to put it aside for me to have it ready for me pick up. Highly recommend

Copy n fax area staff are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and never seem to get frustrated when a situation looks overwhelming to customers but not to them!!!
