I just like this location a lot. The employees have that great side of quirkiness to them and the size of the store gives a surprisingly cozy vibe. It's relatively low traffic which is really nice for me. They also seem very quick and eager to help when you need something. I haven't had any issues yet, but I've been around a few times when people brought something and they were always able to solve it right away.

I would give 6 stars if I could. Alexis helped me so wonderfully with my game requests even went above and beyond to get a question answered for me I had on a future transaction. She clearly cares about her customers and is very kind in helping A+++ job

Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I had no idea what I was doing when I walked in, but staff was able to find me just what I was looking for

The staff here are significantly better than their mall counterparts. They seem to always care about their customers. The young lady helped me out tremendously with a issue I had with my daughters birthday present.

Suzy the store manager is absolutely amazing! She knows it all and very nice! One of the few GameStop stores that isn't quiet and dead inside.

Worker was informative and didn't try to shovel 9 thousand preorders down my throat after I mentioned I don't play too many new games.
He guided me to the accessories I was looking for, and he answered my questions.

The 2 representative's that were there were very friendly and not pushy for sales. When the sale was 50% off Overwatch items and they weren't ringing up correctly, the manager was happy to override the register and honor the 50%. Good selection of collectibles too! And was able to find some great clearance items that would be missing if I shopped at a busier GameStop

Just spent a boat load here because this place is so great! Never have a problem finding what i need or getting help, to find what i need. The staff here is fantastic and fun, just how a Gamers one Stopp shopp should be! Also had to exchange a non working game, had no issues in doing so.

The staff here are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They usually get me in and out fairly quickly, and typically greet people as they come in the door.

My favorite place to buy video games. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Have made several good suggestions, always get my pre-ordered items when promised, and have steered me away from games they felt I wouldn't like based on my preferences. They also went out of their way to help my wife score me my PS4 when it came out.

Best staff ever. They always remember a face, and will help you for hours if need be with no complaints. Will be returning for sure.

I walked into the store on Marketplace in Kentwood and said the phrase, "Quest 2", and they knew what I wanted. The nice staff checked their inventory and warehouse deliveries and told me that it was in warehouses for delivery by January 4th. That was way better than the late January delivery I had seen everywhere on line. I gave the info and got an e-mail the next day that my order was ready for shipment and arrival was estimated December 26th. I got a tracking number and on December 24th the arrival was December 27th because of FedEx of Covid deliveries. Woke up December 27th and there it was on my door step, I got it to my grand kids that morning. That is way sooner than the January 4th date and almost a month earlier than anyone else could do it. GameStop is my go to store from now on.

Always a great time visiting my favorite GameStop! Their staff is amazing at their jobs. So friendly and welcoming and helpful. And that Noah guy is pretty awesome!

My boys thought that the Iron Man Infinity Glove was way cool. I can't believe that the store clerk opened the box and let us play with it for a bit. Thank you again.💜💜💜

Gamestop has a little of everything it seems. They are not overly priced and they usually have a clearance section. The only downfall is that you find a lot of stuff sold out (online mostly.)
