Great food! Super quick and super friendly!

I love coming to this place to work a few times a week, as I'm a freelancer and work from wherever. The food is always good and service is always fast and friendly. Actually I'm in the cafe leaving a review right now. It's slower right now so I just overheard the manager in the kitchen say it was time to announce the employee of the month. All the team members were so happy for whoever it was and the manager had such kind things to say. I love to spend time here. I really feel like the employees are happy to be here and not just putting on a show for the customers. It's a good environment.

Catering for a business event for 50 people. Delivery was on time, set up was done so nicely and the food and beverages were fresh and delicious. Wouldn't hesitate to us them again. Easily placed order online and they took care of everything. Highly recommend!

I ordered my food at the wrong location and realized it once I got in the store. A manager (Michelle) was easily present so I asked if I could transfer my order. She said it wasn’t possible but immediately took my order with no hesitation. My food was ready in less that one minute. I’m a regular here so that effort was much appreciated!

Best cusromer service i have ever seen. These girls loved there jobs and were very kind and helpful. The place was so clean and the workers were all working hard to get orders done. Food was awesome too! Very impressed. Gaines township store

We stopped in today during our Christmas travels. We are greeted with smiles and cheer. The facility was clean from the restrooms to the table tops. A big shout out to our food prep team who wore face masks and shields making us feel our food was prepared with care. It was a nice moment of rest in a city we are unfamiliar with. Thank you Panera Bread for your holiday staff. They deserve high marks for knocking it out of the park today!

Such great customer service! We did a Rapid Pick Up order online and after returning to the office, realized that one of the soups was missing from the order. When we called to let them know (just expecting a refund to the card) the manager offered to hand deliver the soup and was there within 15 minutes! He brought enough cookies to share for our whole order and extra rolls as well. Impeccable service! We will continue to visit this location for our lunch time meeting orders!

I had the spinach artichoke soufflé and a side of bacon, and it really took care of my craving. Everyone there was extremely nuts and very helpful. What a great team.

Panera Bread at M6 and Kalamazoo is awesome! I have multiple food allergies and they were so kind and helpful. On top of that, my order wasn't put in 100% accurately and the kitchen caught it before preparing my food and asked me about it. In the end, I ended up with a special order that created more work for them, but they were happy to do it. After our food came out, the original manager who helped me stopped by the table to make sure everything looked good. It was a delicious meal, and a great evening with my daughter!

Was in last night and ordered two family feasts to deliver to friend. This location was very understaffed - not their fault but Brooke was CRANKING out the food. Kudos to making the best of a difficult time where this industry is really hurting for workers. Thank you for serving me!

The place is hidden but worth it to drive back. We ordered the chipotle chicken avocado melt with the turkey chili. The sandwich had a huge piece of avocado in it and was very tasty. The chili was a right mix of spice. The meal was very filling and tasteful. The staff was very on top of things and friendly. Go!

Great experience! One of the employees named Ella was super helpful. She offered good food suggestions, then came by to ask what we thought. Very impressed! I recommend a visit!

I love Panera Bread..they hv a yummy French onion soup I like, comes with a slice of bread..oatmeal cookies are the best!!!
Just an all-around, quiet & peaceful atmosphere to enjoy eating ur food...I really like their 'half' sandwiches too.. just perfect with the soup!..they even come around to pick up ur dishes...very friendly folks

Good reputation for good food. I have never been disappointed in the six years I’ve been coming here. Make sure you check their hours before venturing out in the evening. Some establishments are short on manpower thereby closing earlier.

My delivery order was stolen by someone who claimed that they would come find me at my office. Panera quickly got a new ordered delivered to me without making it difficult or giving me a hard time about it. My orders here are always correct also. Great customer service and great quality food!

My wife loves this place! Don't get me wrong I enjoyed it too but not as much as her. She loves everything there, I'm more in favour of the soups, the sandwiches are good but not as hardy as I like them. I like a Sandwich that I can wrap both hands around and need several napkins to clean up the mess. While Panera Breads sandwiches are tasty they Are on a different level. That being said all in all I have a good experience when I go with my wife, I usually find a pleasent combo. This Panera Bread was very clean and everyone was pleasent. Service was fast enough considering it was busy..I also enjoy the many items available for take home, many kinds of Breads and pastries a d other good stuff.

Love, love, love, love this place! I meet with people here a lot! Amazing food, plenty of private seating, and fairly decent prices!
