Shopping at Kohl's was a very good experience. My return went well with little wait time. I found other items to purchase and checked out . The person who waited on me was very polite and friendly.

My cashier had an awesome smile and very pleasant personality. I wish all cashiers had the attitude “this is my job and I want to do it well”. Great job whoever hired her!

I found beautiful products at prices I can afford. Huge bonus is that associates are so welcoming. It’s nice to chat a bit with the cashier while she rings up the sale— it makes me feel a sense of belonging at that store.

Black Friday shopping and the store was pleasantly very well stocked. Bathrooms were very clean.

The remodeled Kohl’s at Cosners Corner was so nice at my last visit. The new carts are so stable and good quality to help shoppers. The merchandise was also good quality and nice sale prices.

Nice store and all. I just didn't find what I came there for. They have Sephora inside now. Nice location for the store.

Very friendly and capable associates at the Massaponex store. The store was very clean and orderly. I found items there that were not at the Fredericksburg Va store. I’ll go to the South Fredericksburg store from now on.

Kohl's has a whole section of really great doggy toys and the Christmas ones are a super deal.

The store was busy, people were grumpy, the longs were long, and the staff were helpful, cheerful and extremely patient.

I like shopping at the Massaponox (S. Fredericksburg Kohls), because it is always neat and clean. It is easy to find what you need, and of course inviting displays help in discovering new things.

I normally do all my shopping through the app, but on this one occasion we needed an item quickly and it was available and the store clerk made the experience enjoyable as well
